Job Description

Based in the heart of North Sydney, at our brand-new purpose-built creative campus, we have an exciting opportunity for a Content Partnerships Executive – Sport to join our Content Partnerships team.

The Content Partnerships team is part of a cross functional group within Nine’s commercial group. Within this broader marketing solutions department, we have experts in content partnerships, client experience, creative, production and marketing.

The Content Partnerships Executive is responsible for supporting the Content Partnerships Managers and the broader Content Partnerships team in the packaging, presenting and implementation of content driven solutions. Working across our ever-growing sporting line-up such as NRL, Rugby Union, AFL and Tennis.

Day to day, you will report into the Content Partnerships Manager – Sport and be responsible for the following accountabilities:
• Support the Content Partnerships Managers on the development of content led solutions.
• Take ownership of the implementation of content partnership solutions, managing projects through multiple divisions.
• Develop and maintain the most effective and efficient content partnerships processes.
• Produce compelling go to market collateral under direction.
• Produce clear and concise examples of content integration client solutions for presentations in either written or slide formats.
• Produce accurate media and production costings using Excel.
• Negotiate client opportunities with producers and editorial teams.
• Deliver seamless implementation for clients and programming / production partners, taking ownership over your work.
• Operate effectively in a solutions-based culture and demonstrate proactivity and collaboration at all times.

• Project management / implementation experience in a media environment.
• Exposure to brand and content integration, multiscreen solutions across television, digital, social, licensing and events.

Job Description
• Develop and maintain code for our sponsored immersive landing pages, content hubs, competition pages and other related commercial development work
• Coding, testing, documenting, researching, amending, refactoring and ultimately delivering high quality and secure code against the above work
• Client-side web-application development using React with SCSS, Webpack, API’s (incl. WordPress API) and other JS libraries
• Collaborating with other developers and designers in our busy studio environment
• Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Xd to slice and tweak supporting graphics
• Working competently with version control systems, such as Bitbucket and GitHub

Qualifications

Essential:
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience in front-end development
• 2 years experience in front end development in a fast-paced commercial or studio environment
• Skilled in coding with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, ES6, React JS, use of package builders and API’s
• Understanding of accessibility, maintainability and able to code independently
• Experience working with the WordPress CMS and the WP API
• Experience working with Google Analytics, G360 and GA Custom Events
• Experience working with version control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket
• Familiar with browser compatibility and testing workflows

Desirable:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar technical field of study

Job Description

You will provide high-level executive support to the Director, nine.com.au and the wider team. You will manage and ensure smooth running of their day to day activities.

This is a diverse role which requires professionalism, strong interpersonal and communication skills, energy and high excellent attention to detail. If you thrive in a busy and dynamic environment this is the role for you.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Provide high quality and timely executive support including diary management, email triage, meeting scheduling, taking calls and document preparation
• Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal colleagues
• Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation and transport as required
• Management of invoice payments and various document filing
• Prepare reports and executive presentations
• Manage and coordinating projects that relate to wellbeing of team, for example: team culture, wellbeing or social events
• Triage and coordination of issues and resolutions that do not require the immediate attention of the executives
• Work closely with People & Culture and recruitment to complete recruitment requests, exit forms and new staff onboarding
