About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Enrollment Analyst to join the team at Niche. You'll develop scalable processes to connect to schools' CRMs and compile and analyze schools' enrollment data along with Niche's deep enrollment database. You have worked in an analytical, operations, or strategy role in higher education admissions and have a passion for helping students find the school where they belong. You use data to make informed decisions and are comfortable making data-driven recommendations to senior university leaders. You have deep experience with the traditional college enrollment funnel and can spot opportunities and trends in data. You excel at establishing and improving standard processes, but you're also able to find quick and scrappy solutions when needed.
What You Will Do
During the 1st Month:
• Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
• Work with members of the Business Operations team to begin to understand our users, our school partners, products and our go-to-market strategy
• Learn how to query relevant data from the Niche platform
• Learn how to clean and analyze data using R
• Begin joining meetings with our school partners to understand their goals and specific needs
Within 3 Months:
• You'll be capable of maintaining existing processes and you'll start establishing new ones

What We Are Looking For
• You’re an active and influential voice of data driven change; you are a proactive partner with senior management in making critical, data-driven decisions that will set the direction for your organization for years to come.
• You have experience hiring, managing, and mentoring Data Scientists, Product analysts, BI Analysts, and marketing analysts at all levels.
• You have proven experience leading through other’s growth and development. You’re an empathetic and passionate people leader; who cares deeply about designing opportunities to grow team members at all levels of your organization. You actively participate in the career development of your team members by aligning business opportunities with developmental objectives.
• You have a strong technical knowledge of data science, product & marketing analytics, machine learning and data engineering - with an incredible vision that fosters cross-functional collaboration and change.
• You must possess the ability to not only deeply understand data, but also the ability to socialize the relevant insights and takeaways more broadly and influence business decisions and priorities. You must develop your team's ability to do the same at scale.
• You will have experience operating over multiple horizons at the same time, creating value today through analytics, and looking into the future and creating a vision for what data science and analytics can unlock for Niche in the future.
• Beyond a strong analytical foundation, you will also possess good business judgment, a collaborative spirit, a curious and open mind, and a talent for clear and concise communication. All of which will be key to success in the role.
• You have highly developed communication skills with the ability to story-tell using data and influence executive leadership in a way that can bridge between a wide range of stakeholders (technical and non-technical) at all levels.
