We are seeking a Stock Operations Analyst to support the global day-to-day operations and processing of Netflix’s Stock Option Program.

Responsibilities
• Review current processes to develop innovative ideas increasing the operational efficiency of plan administration and improve customer satisfaction
• Respond to employee inquiries
• Create educational resources and facilitate the education of company stakeholders and employees globally on the benefits and operation of the stock plan
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Netflix Finance, Payroll, Tax, Talent, and Employee Services teams
• Assist with stock administration operations including daily exercises, payroll reporting, 10b5-1, annual open enrollment, and quarter and year-end close
• Prepare and initially review SEC filings, Forms 3,4, and 5, and Proxy statements, 10-K, 8-K

Qualities We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Experience in stock plan administration preferred
• Certified Equity Professional accreditation preferred

You will be a high-impact individual contributor whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Make use of our payments infrastructure to improve the performance of existing payment methods, while evaluating any new payment methods that prove to have incremental value
• Seek out innovation in the payments domain by considering consumer’s needs, relevant regulatory and technological trends that could influence Netflix’s approach to payments in the short-term vs. the long-term
• Work alongside the Partnerships team on managing relationships with financial institutions, card schemes, and fintechs in order to drive best-in-class payment performance and innovation
• Own key payment metrics for your markets and derive actionable insights into improving the experience for our customers, improving performance, and ensuring efficient cost structures
• Partner cross-functionally throughout the organization (Product, Engineering, CS, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to get things done - whether that be optimization or market expansion and launching features and products that will drive growth in our business

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience managing very large CNP/recurring payments, either from a merchant, issuer or acquirer perspective
• Deep knowledge of payments technologies relevant to the U.S. and Canada (e.g. network tokens, PINless, Faster Payments, ACH, etc.)
• Highly analytical with the ability to use data to make decisions
• Deep experience partnering and negotiating with card processors, card schemes, banks and fintechs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable judgment and integrity; ability to make key decisions quickly and autonomously
• Existing network of relationships across the U.S. and Canada payments ecosystem
• Ability to juggle multiple critical tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
• Additional languages a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed across the US and Canada regions
