Oversee creative work with internal designers as well as agencies/freelancers. Partner with the Creative director on Creative strategy, vision, and campaigns. Work closely with product / product design / Liveops / marketing/ growth. Drive experiential marketing activations forward, ideate, and execute. Work with the NBA product team to understand the product goals and plan on top of that to make sure the creative vision and planning will support the product vision. Collaborate with Creative Director on Campaigns, owning the design direction and execution. Direct creative across graphics, motion, campaigns, and more. Input into creative strategies for new campaigns. Ensuring the quality of creativity, performance, and timely execution. Reviewing agency proposals working with them on key product milestones.
