The successful Equipment Maintenance / Technical Support Associate will be addressing equipment needs including: maintenance of equipment, machinery, etc. This individual will be responsible for complying with health and safety standards in the community and adhering to OSHA and other federal guidelines.
Additional Equipment Maintenance Associate duties:
- Maintaining the equipment and resources: Optical Fabrication, Diamond Point Turning, Optical Coating and Assembly/Test.
• Collaborating with technicians to identify equipment, machinery, and other functions specific items that through normal production, calibration or preventative maintenance activities need of correction
• Upgrading and modifying production equipment
• Procuring and installing new capital equipment
• Participating in factory equipment layouts
• Maintaining equipment documentation pertaining to preventive maintenance / Lockout - Tagout procedures / equipment inventories
• Awareness of OSHA regulations
Education: high school or equivalent
Benefits: Salary $24-$26/hr (no other benefits until/unless converted to FTE)

The Director of My Future AZ will oversee the operations of My Future AZ, an Arizona-based technology tool for career exploration and planning for grades K-12.
The Director is highly collaborative, has a customer-first mindset, is a self-starter, mission driven, and a strong interest in education technology.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Strategic and implementation plans for My Future AZ
• Ability to demonstrate a superior knowledge of the My Future AZ platform and its place within the larger Pipeline AZ platform
• Reporting to stakeholders and clients, including data alignment with Arizona Department of Education
• Coordination with organizations that utilize the platform as part of career awareness programming (i.e. Center for the Future of Arizona, Arizona Business & Education Coalition, SciTech, Junior Achievement of Arizona)
• Working with the Sr. Director to manage technology development expectations and roadmaps for My Future AZ
• Represent My Future AZ at conferences and key event, which may require occasional in-state travel.
• Coordinate with Marketing to update and create effective user guides, training tutorials and marketing materials for My Future AZ
• Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy for new and existing educators/counselors using the platform
• Enhance My Future AZ’s visibility and reputation, including building regional and state partnerships that will amplify the platform’s value proposition
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with software technologies
• Experience working with school counselors preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Location
This is a remote work position, with the expectation of the ability to travel as needed for stakeholder engagement, as well as to the Phoenix Metro for periodic staff engagement. Candidate must reside, or plan to reside, in Arizona. Employment does not cover moving costs.
