MTNA Rainsville Plant is looking for someone for 2nd Shift Containment.
Responsibilities:
• Contain all parts based on the inspection standard.
• Enter all containment findings in the scanner with pictures.
• Cohesively work with all other personnel to ensure proper quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with production to have parts repaired/replaced.
• Attend all required meetings and other training activities.
• Participate in New Model containment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Complete all assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time.
• Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials.
• Must follow all RTI policies and procedures.
Skills/Requirements:
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Quality Focus
• Time management skills
• Always possess and demonstrate a positive attitude, be a team player
• Well-developed communication skills
• Overall plant production knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in each knowledge base.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, can work and stay on task with minimum supervision.
• Willing and able to work overtime/weekends on short notice and attend all required meetings.
• Good communication skills with ability to work as a part of a team.
• Ability to follow directions (written, spoken, and visual)

• Mid-year and year-end audit document preparation.
• Other Accounting administrative duties as assigned.
• Verification of information for accuracy with attention to detail and timely processing.
Experience and Knowledge

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must safely transport hanger buggies from storage to paint line (buggies weigh ~250-400 lbs. when loaded)
• Identify paint hangers with each style of part.
• Load paint hangers on paint line conveyor (note: paint hangers weigh 30-50 lbs. each)
• Remove paint hangers from paint line conveyor.
• Load each style part on paint line hangers.
• Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials.

• Ability to learn all jobs on the paint line.
