Summary Of Position

The Sr. Specialist, Visual Merchandising will manage the department support of visual merchandising within various wholesale environments. The Sr. Specialist plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day aspects of maintaining brand presentations, campaign updates, and consistency within wholesale retail environments.

Principle Accountabilities
• Support in the conception, design, and execution of innovative merchandising solutions within multiple wholesale retail environments, primarily open-sell gondolas and temporary display units.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, graphic design, communication, or other related field.

Summary Of Position

The purpose of the Demand Planning Coordinator is to support the Demand Planning Team through forecasting, systematic process execution, data accuracy maintenance & reporting distribution.
• Transform data received from external sources for transfer into our internal database.
• Provide visibility to sales performance in the format, level and detail required by stakeholders.
• Partner with demand planners in gathering, formatting & processing demand plan data for transfer into the database.
• Develop initial demand sizing for the launch of new items through collaboration with brand and sales teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand teams in determining item-shade contributions for newness programs.
• Analyze sales performance of new launch and promotional activity against KPIs.
• Assess the effect of launching new products on the performance of existing products.
• Evaluate performance of brands within multiple domestic and international sales channels.
• Coordinate with Supply and Brand team to communicate changes of new launch strategies in DTC and Wholesale channels.
• Monitor replenishment orders from Wholesale partners and communicate deviations from forecasts.
• Sporadically serve as key representative for the Demand Planning team in meetings.
• Assist in lead responsibilities when implementing newly developed processes and subsequent trainings.
• Identify areas of process improvement within Demand Planning.
• Liaise with IT to maintain data accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven analytical experience
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
• Aptitude in validating data accuracy
• Oral and written communication competence
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite; primarily Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to function effectively in a WFH environment.

Additional Information

FORMA Brands takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for positions based in the Greater Los Angeles area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future without notice.

Compensation Range: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly

Summary Of Position
• We are seeking a customer focused Help Desk Specialist to provide day-to-day end-user technical support. The Help Desk Specialist will work primarily through our Service Desk ticketing system to resolve technical hardware and software related issues, complete support requests, perform User administration duties like creating user accounts and assigning software subscriptions. Specialist will escalate any unresolved problems and will Interact with end-users in an effective and professional manner.

Principle Accountabilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues received via ticketing system, email, chat or in-person
• Identifies and resolves customer issues accurately and efficiently
• Responds to customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Maintains computer desktop environment (including hardware and software), and printers
• Participates in computer moves and User Onboarding/Offboarding
• Assist in drafting documentation for end-user self-service
• Performs user administration duties
• Troubleshooting network connectivity and report problem to network engineers
• Act as an interface to engineers to move critical and/or difficult issues
• Special IT Team Projects

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 year experience
• Must be customer focused and friendly
• Strong Knowledge of Wintel and Mac hardware
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• Full understanding of conference room technologies (Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms)
• Experience supporting in an Active Directory environment
• General understanding of printer support & maintenance
• Ability to process information logically and solve problems
• Ability to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, capable of working alone or with others and a willingness to achieve team goals.
• Data entry skills and the ability to work with confidential information
• Experience with service desk ticketing system
• Knowledge of Adobe software and Box (a plus)
