Within the Business management team, based in Rousset (near Aix-en-Provence), you will be in charge of :
• Business analysis and follow-up (forecast, booking/billing analysis, action plan to push for booking) for EMEA accounts. Monitor order entry and cancellation.
Manage PLD in order to be fully in line with customer demand / allocation and priorities defined by division.
Commit delivery plan to customers.
Early warnings. Anticipation of future delivery problems (CD far from RD,…). Push proactively customer to book according to Service & Marketing inputs.
• Management of EMEA commercial requests , directly in contact with customers, sales offices and marketing department.
Fast reactivity to any external/internal requests on delivery inquiry, qualification dates, product changes, lead times & shipments.
Provide highly accurate and detailed commit to external/internal customers.
Regular visit to key account customers, distributors or end customers: explain supply chain and solve all service related issues (change of supply chain, delivery problems, returns).
• Stock management : work on the Distribution resales analysis in order to challenge Sales force to enter booking on the right commercial products
Comparison backlog / stock level at distributor’s/ forecast.
• Line down crisis management (follow-up with planning, replacement parts, real time communication with Sales, conference calls..).
• Meetings or conference calls with customer and sales (regular or punctual)
Propose alternative solution to customer
Daily check on top critical issues with planners and/or plants.
Coordinate with planning the best possible delivery plan and build recovery plan for more complex crisis.

Vos missions :
• Préparer les intégrations physiques et administratives des nouveaux collaborateurs ; (rédaction des contrats de travail, DPAE, enregistrement sur les différentes bases de données…)
• Accompagner l'intégration des nouveaux salariés (commande des cartes tickets restaurants, affiliation mutuelle ...) ;
• Suivi RH des collaborateurs (avenants, périodes d'essai, périodes probatoires ...) ;
• Suivi et mise à jour des différents fichiers liés aux temps de travail ;

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quantitative models for alpha generation in fixed income products, using statistical and econometric techniques.
• Analyze and interpret large financial datasets, identifying patterns and trends in fixed income products, including treasury futures, swaps, TBAs, credit indices, CMBX.
• Collaborate with other researchers and portfolio managers to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.
• Design systematic research methods to generate high-quality returns through US fixed income products.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to senior management and traders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fixed income volatility research and incorporate new techniques into the firm's models and strategies.
Qualifications:
• PhD in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and R.
• Experience working with financial data and developing quantitative models.
• Familiarity with fixed income securities and financial markets, particularly in the US.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Vos missions : Vous préparez les dessins sur la base des informations fournies par les Designers ; les chefs de projet et les clients. Vous avez la charge du CAD pour tous les projets ainsi que l’établissement des dessins initiaux. Vous participez à la création et à la mise à jour des listes de dessins par projet et assurez le bon archivage des différents dossiers. Vous suivez rigoureusement les normes, les guidelines, ainsi que la bonne pratique de nos procédures en place lors des préparations des designs.
