ISD provides various customer-based business services that include, but not limited to, facility management, design and construction management, fleet management, risk management, surplus property disposition services, capital inventory management, large- scale printing services, and small business development and services. Through these various business lines, ISD is engaged in real estate development and management, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, elevator regulation, materials management, and parking services.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. A minimum of seven to ten years of progressively responsible professional and administrative experience in public administration, real estate development, economic development, or land development are required.
