Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end design and execution of research and analytics projects (primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative research), while cultivating strong relationships internally and with clients.
• Manage multiple project teams simultaneously, overseeing collection and analysis of relevant data, research reports, and presentations; ensure established processes are followed to deliver results that meet the highest quality standards

Requirements
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, data management, statistics, sociology or psychology or related major
• At least 8 years of supplier-side survey research, in-depth interviews and focus groups. Life science and/or healthcare research a major plus.
• Strong understanding of multi-modal research approaches, leveraging novel data sets and advanced methodologies to deliver meaningful and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with a survey platform (e.g., FocusVision/Decipher), statistical software (SPSS), analytics platform (Tableau) and advanced MS Excel skills

• Work with sales, sales operations, inventory management and account managers to implement ad campaigns on WebMD websites, mobile apps, tablet apps, and video.
• Monitor campaigns throughout their lifecycle, following up with clients and vendors on issues as needed.

• Troubleshooting Skills: need to be able to analyze the components of an ad serving problem and get to its root cause, as well as providing necessary suggestions for resolution.
• Ability to Multi-task: specifically, need to know how to shift priorities on an on-going basis per need, while maintaining focus on client and customer needs.
• Initiative: whether in recommending steps for campaign optimization, notifying a rep or client of a campaign issue or making suggestions to streamline ad operations, taking initiative to get resolutions and make improvements will help make the sales process as efficient and productive as possible.
