Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a thoughtful, high-impact contributor with exceptional analytical, communication, program management, and client management skills to join our Client Success team! The position can be remote to work with the New York team. The Client Success (CS) team serves as the primary point of contact for service delivery across the Client Success organization, as well as the main conduit back into the Partnership Development team on sales. They diagnose and coordinate and create with necessary MediaMath resources in order to achieve the client’s goals.

In partnership with the Director Client Success and Pod Lead, the Client Success Lead/ Programmatic Analyst contributes to the execution of programmatic campaigns and evolution of strategic/technical roadmaps for high-value clients. You will work with our new clients on this team with onboarding initiatives. You will engage with executive-level contacts (cross-functional) at the agency, and be expected to establish, develop, and deepen the relationships that will allow our partnership to grow.

You will:
• Support the Director Client Success/Client Success Lead in owning and developing strong mid-to-higher-level relationships with one some of MediaMath’s largest new clients
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts and ensure the activation against the strategic account plan
• Project manage client onboarding and implementation process including product, channel and partner activation, campaign launches, and ad-hoc projects
• Recommend and create media plans as well as coordinate internally for campaign activation, performance and analysis.
• Coordinate resource management and allocation and control activities across teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on budget
• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery and activation questions from the client and issue resolution as needed. (i.e. communication and expectation setting, raising tickets)
• Help facilitate change management between self and managed service models
• Understand and communicate relevant new products, features, and capabilities as they become available and ensure successful deployment and activation with your clients
• Create and streamline processes and workflow
• Coordinate and lead client training on new product and features with Trading team.

You are:
• Able to communicate effectively with senior executives at Holding Companies/Global Fortune 500 brands
• Personable, charismatic, and positive
• Ability to present and express yourself in a clear, confident manner
• Detail orientated and analytical with a process driven approach to client and activity management
• Experienced in managing and mediating multiple stakeholders

You have:
• 2 - 3 years’ experience working within the Programmatic industry specifically within a Client Services/Account Management team, preferably within an Agency Holding company
• Built mid to senior-level relationships with key strategic partnerships across large holding companies, independent agencies, and re-sellers
• Proven ability to set account strategy and drive revenue growth across assigned partnerships
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills. Must be comfortable with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies

Key Responsibilities
• Execute digital media plans across various platforms given media flowcharts created by media planner and creative assets, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, DSPs, and others.
• Assist in digital media channel recommendations including but not limited to new platforms, creative tactics, ad variations, creative best practices, and digital media mix optimizations
• Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, and other variables to identify high-performing elements.
• Meet with digital account representatives to stay current on platform recommendations, best practices, and new campaign opportunities.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, adjusting targeting, ad placements, and budget allocations to enhance effectiveness.
• Analyze digital performance to provide recommendations and insights for future improvement and optimization across live campaigns and on-going client presentations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to enhance digital media strategies.

Minimum Requirements
• 2 years of digital hands-on keyboard buying experience (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, DSP, etc.)
• Strong understanding of media math (CPM, ROAS, CTR, Cost-Per-Conversion, etc.)
• In-platform target audience building experience (lookalikes, retargeting, first party data matching, exclusion lists, etc.)
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytical strategies.
• Moderate to advanced mathematical abilities.
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Digital platform certifications are a plus (Meta, Google Search, Google Display, etc.)
• Experience in analytical platforms like Ninjacat, GA4, and TapClicks are a plus.

What will you do?

As a Campaign Manager you will provide end-to-end support across all facets of the YouTube media buying process. This position requires a good mix of analytical and people skills, as well as the ability to work in an operational environment where service and urgency make a difference.

Primary duties include:
• Account Management: Work through media planning details to collect and organize campaign assets, and secure 3P reporting from clients. Provide mid-flight and end-of-campaign performance analysis to clients, provide screenshots post-launch, build comprehensive ad hoc and templated reporting, use project management organization to keep campaign details visible and up to date, and be a reliable and timely resource for our clients daily
• Campaign Management:Accurately interpret and organize all IO details and YouTube video campaign assets for execution of on-time launches, thoroughly QA all aspects of setup, actively monitor campaign delivery and performance, maintain an internal pacing report on a daily basis, occasionally implement 3P tracking tags and monitor for discrepancies, troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues, ensure campaigns are running exclusively in brand suitable environments by analyzing video placement reports, track and manage budget and spend, and confirm delivery-in-full of all campaigns while accounting for added-value and margins
• Client Service: May support dedicated recurring book of business, providing client development strategy to the Sales Rep or Account Director, working as the primary resource for client inquires; provide technical insight and product recommendations during the RFP process, provide performance optimization recommendations and identify incremental opportunity throughout the campaign

What are we looking for?
• 2-3 years of experience at an ad tech company, digital publisher, advertising/marketing services company and/or digital media agency, in RTB/programmatic buying (preferred) or other Ad Ops campaign/client management capacity
• Experience working with any SSP/ DSP – Google Ads or DV360 buying platforms is a plus
• Understanding of video media buying strategies and basic media math, 3P delivery tracking tags, campaign optimization, and reporting analysis
• Experience working with YouTube video products
• Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced functions within Microsoft Excel for complex client reporting
