Mashable is looking for its next great Tech Editor to shape our coverage and stand out as an authority amongst competitors. Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a **Logistics Manager 1** . This position will be located in **Elk River, MN** and will have overall management responsibility of the packaging, shipping and transportation operations for the site.
• *What you will get to do:**

+ Responsible for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements.
+ Ensures that materials and products are delivered to customers on time.
+ Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
+ Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives.
+ Strategically plan and manage logistics, shipping, and transportation.
