Requirements
• 10+ years experience managing & growing successful sales teams, preferably in a staffing environment
• 5+ years experience in high-volume hospitality staffing, recruiting, or contingent labor

• Own the end to end process of executing and managing transactions on the Pachama platform including retirement of credits
• Partner with Accounting & Product to drive forward weekly reconciliation processes across our systems
• Design new commercial processes to support our growing Carbon Development team and partner with Revenue Operations to create new tooling
• Help bring new forecast and data driven metrics to pipelines for cross-team visibility
Experience & Skills We're Looking For:
• Demonstrated ability to track and follow-up on detailed action items
• Experience working experience in payments, settlements, trading, and/or a finance operations role
• A background in creating data insights and metrics that aid process improvement
• Experience designing practical, useful operational processes for teams
• Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguous problems and drive to solution
• Experience with Salesforce or creating forecasts a plus but not a requirement

Pachama is looking for a Marketplace Operations Associate to help ensure data and transactions are consistent between our demand and supply pipelines. This individual overseas transactions being conducted in the Pachama marketplace (specifically around credit movement and retirements) and develops processes and systems that ensure business data integrity. This person will also work... closely with our growing Carbon Development team to build out commercial processes.
