• Promote growth across all channels, including new customer acquisitions, referrals, existing customer retention, and former customer re-engagement.
• Staying up to date with in-market competitive campaigns.
• Have a firm understanding of the creative and campaign development process from strategy, development, execution, and measurement.
• Create and update marketing materials including print materials, promotional items, social media posts, newsletters, etc.
• Weekly presentation on performance and plans to PM/CEO with statistics and other metrics of success.
