JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prepare quotes and book luxurious hotel and villas stays, arrange private plane charters - uniquely in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Paris.
• Manage your bookings from A to Z.
• Provide personalized, attentive, and informative services while working one-on-one with travel advisors.
• Maintain an enthusiastic and professional relationship with travel advisors.
• Build strong relationships with our agency and hotel/villa partners.
• Participate and/or lead FAM trips. Discover and explore our 5 Star resorts and villas.
• Attend travel related webinars, coaching sessions, and in-destination experiences.
CANDIDATE:
• Excellent knowledge of the Caribbean, Mexico, and Paris, including extensive travel in aforementioned destinations.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Computer savvy (knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• The position is based in our office in Westchester but can be part hybrid or remote.
• Positive attitude and can work individually and with your team.
