We are seeking a Space Vehicle (SV) Test Engineer to join the MSP Electrical Test Engineering Team within our Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO) organization.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Perform as a Test Engineer and Certified Test Conductor (CTC) responsible for safe development and execution of electrical test scripts and test procedures during all Satellite/SV test phases including: Baseline Ambient, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations
• Serve as a Technical Expert for the Payload Test Engineering team
• Work with minimal direction and coordinate plans with Leadership
• Provide On-the-job training (OJT) to new Test Engineers.
• Develop test plans, automated test scripts, procedures, and other documentation used to conduct Radio Frequency (RF) Payload testing
• Perform analysis of RF test results to validate system performance and ensure data meets SV requirements
• Document test anomalies found during test execution and lead troubleshooting consisting of teams of 3-5 people to resolve
• Moderate among the interests of multi-disciplinary groups to synthesize test plans and test procedures
• Must be hands-on and willing to drive execution in a fast paced production operations environment including occasional travel in support of Assembly & Test and Launch Operations

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
