Liverpool International Academy CT / MA / RI utilizes the authentic curriculum developed for the Liverpool Academy in England. The Foundation Phase of this curriculum develops players from U9 – U11 and the Youth Development Phase of this curriculum develops players U12 – U19. The program instils a love of the game, while teaching them football agility, outplaying... opponents, and ball mastery.

We are looking to hire outstanding individuals to add to our professional coaching team for the 2023 – 2024 club soccer year and beyond in the Southeast Region of Massachusetts, the Southwest Region of Massachusetts, and the Tristate Region (Cranston/Warwick, Eastern Connecticut, and Central Massachusetts). The successful applicant must be able to work for the duration of the entire 2023-2024 club soccer year (Mid-August 2023 through June 2024), and then have the desire to continue on with us. Applicants must commit to training teams during the week in the afternoons and evenings, and then coaching matches on weekends.

COACH REQUIREMENTS:
• Have the ability to work with children / players aged either U9 – U11 for our Foundation Phase, or U12-U19 for our Youth Development Phase
• To create a positive environment in which each individual can thrive and enjoy
• Have the ability to work alongside a team of professional coaches
• Have a passion to progress your coaching development
• Complete LFC Coach Accreditation and Safeguarding requirements
• Have the confidence to deliver high quality football sessions ‘The Liverpool Way,' showing Commitment, Ambition, Unity & Dignity in the role
• Be organized, punctual, self-motivated and reliable
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, and creative at each session and match
• Be hands on and ready to provide individual attention to engage each and every child
• Provide each player with an experience they will never forget

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Demonstrated experience coaching applicable age(s) as set out above
• Hold minimum level of coaching license or certification from a recognized authority
• Appropriate playing experience
• Able to utilize identified online resources and coaching tools to develop and record training sessions

The successful applicant must be able to work for the entire 2023-2024 club soccer year (Mid-August 2023 through June 2024) and have the desire to continue for the following year. Applicants must commit to training teams during the week in the afternoons and evenings, coaching matches on Saturdays, and attend multiple tournaments with the team across the year. The Impact NPL is our top tier of girls' teams in the Academy and is a New England-based league so travel will be required.

The FSM Partnership Sales team is looking for an individual to drive... results and create new and meaningful relationships in order to broaden the FSM portfolio. The role will be based in FSM’s New York office and will work within FSM’s Global Partnerships team. The individual and team will be a part of the broader FSM partnership sales group across Boston, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, and New York and will work collaboratively across teams.

New York City’s Pay Transparency laws requires disclosure of salary ranges in job advertisements and the base salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $125,000-$150,000. There is a commission plan to be discussed as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify new partners for FSM with an initial focus on FSM’s 3rd party sales business and the LPGA, building multi-year, global partnerships and driving significant revenue
• Provide support, identifying new partnerships across the full FSM portfolio, including but not limited to, Liverpool FC, Boston Red Sox, Pittsburgh Penguins, RFK Racing, Livewire, SpringHill and LRMR
• Leadership responsibilities will include managing, supporting, and coaching sellers within the team
• Identify prospects in a thoughtful and strategic manner and secure meetings
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers externally and work with FSM leadership on the strategy and direction of the team
• Manage the creation of sales presentations by identifying the needs of brands and providing a best-in-class marketing solution
• Regular tracking and reporting of pipeline progress across identified properties
• Spearhead the delivery of partner prospects through contractual phases into launch
• Develop and maintain meaningful and strong relationships within the sports, advertising, and media industries
• Act as a representative of FSM and FSG by attending industry events, conferences, and partner meetings

CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-7 years of partnership sales experience
• Established network of relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies
• Knowledge and experience in negotiating complex partnerships
• A great teammate and excellent at working in and promoting a team culture
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Strong negotiating, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to ideate and build global marketing platforms/solutions for prospective brands
• Ability to work exceptionally with a broad cross-section of functional internal teams
• Dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
