Duties and Responsibilities
• Set, plan and implement communication campaigns and strategies for our Circle community
• Provide content strategy and create engaging content (including text, image and video content for all social media accounts, newsletter and available channels)
• Respond to community members in a timely manner
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and reviews from members
• Organize and manage online events for our community members
• Build relationships with our users
• Monitor campaigns and analyze members' behaviors and feedback using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Proactively provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders regularly

Requirements
• Goal-oriented when it comes to hitting the engagement target
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Proven work experience as a community manager
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Experience in Circle community management
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content (including but not limited to text, image and video)
• Hands on experience with content management
