New Location Update

This position will initially be based at our LEGO Education office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

The 3 primary areas:

•Craft and develop commercial strategies both at the national, state and local level to help meet ambitious objectives and goals. Research and coordinate all applicable funding sources that are available to the K12 Education market in the USA

• Establish a network of contracted grants and funding specialists in key markets throughout the US. Provide consultation services directly to grant writers, coordinators, faculty, and/or administrators with proposal preparation, developing budgets, budget justifications, supporting documentation, and required institutional information to help align grants/funding opportunities to secure LE solutions.

•Develop an effective process for advising and educating on the most up to date grants and funding information available, working in collaboration with the Training & Development Manager to accomplish this

•Increase overall sales revenue and win rates by reducing financial barriers to purchasing LEGO Education solutions

•Role model and foster a team culture of brand and legal compliance under which all reports are aware of and given all support needed to adhere to the LEGO Group’s brand, ethical and legal standards, including relevant policies (such as those related to undue influence; gifts, hospitality & entertainment; engagement with public officials and funding; and conflicts of interest, among others) and laws.
