The role is open for those who are interested in becoming learning advisors and facilitators for Math and Science core classes and Project Advisors. The job as a learning advisor is to facilitate core subject learning three days a week and to support students’ individual project-based learning on Thursdays and Fridays. Projects range from art, design, and media to environmental science, engineering, and innovation. The academic year is split into trimesters allowing each student to complete three projects a year and focus on a variety of subjects. At the end of each trimester, students share the skills and knowledge they gained in an exhibition. Each project has both Thai and English-speaking teachers.

The role of a learning advisor can change very much from day-to-day depending on the needs of the students. The job requires flexibility, patience, and a passion for mentoring and developing young minds.
