Summary

The Manager, Digital Trainingensures the Kiehl's customer experience and education is understood and executed at all digital touchpoints.

They are responsible for maximizing

Kiehls.com customer service productivity as measured by sales, conversion and

CSAT. Through evaluating weekly metrics they will inform the creation of learning materials, create training plans and facilitate onboarding, continuing education and leadership development for Kiehls.com and customer service agents.

They will lead our Voice of the Customer program analyzing NPS sentiment and working cross-functionally to solve and improve our online and offline net promoter scores. They will facilitate resolutions for escalated customer affairs cases, in order to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inform process improvements.

They will calibrate and maintain kiehls.com digital services logic and optimize our learning management system in order to drive greater learner completion rates. They will lead our Home Office Onboarding Program, ensuring all new hires are familiar with Kiehl's values, history, ingredients, products and ways of working within their first week of hire.
