The Senior IBM Planning Analytics Developer (Formerly Known as TM1) will be responsible for providing financial and non-financial modelling in TM1 and analytics data warehouse. This role will sit within the Jetstar Data Services team but working closely with the Finance teams. This is a great opportunity for an IBM Planning Analytics developer who is looking to work with latest technologies in a highly innovative and forward-thinking organisation.

In addition to the above, in the role you will be required to:
• Create and modify complex business logic into TM1 Rules with flexibility of rules being controlled by business users from a front end (Active forms)
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements pertaining to TM1 Planning Models and Management Reporting (Power BI) Projects along with relevant business processes
• Capable of designing complex driver-based forecasting Model in TM1 and replicate that in MS SQL Server Database for Power BI visualisation
• Expertise in advanced TM1 rule writing with a thorough understanding of feeders
• Design and maintain complex TM1 cubes and dimensions in alignment with industry best practices including strong knowledge of TM1 Rules and Processes
• Experience on applying performance tuning techniques for TM1 cubes
• Experienced in implementing rolling forecasts in TM1 Planning Analytics
• Expertise in creating user friendly Interfaces in TM1 and Planning Analytics Workspace
• Work with IBM on debugging/trouble-shooting incidents and ticket resolution
• Develop integrated budgeting and forecasting cubes and templates
• Taking ownership of TM1 Planning Project deliverables with adhering to time and quality
• Analysing and responding appropriately to Business Users queries

To be considered for this role you will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or Information Technology.
• Candidate with prior TM1 experience or any Planning analysis tools like SAP, Oracle Hyperion etc will be preferred.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI reporting will be preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technology and work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Immediately report missing, lost, found, or unattended tools to the supervisor. Maintain and control tools. Inventory and inspect tools on a regular basis to identify when to replace worn or broken tools and report the need for replacement tools to the supervisor.
• Clean work area as necessary, assuring all hazardous materials are properly stored; Handle hazardous materials, expired materials, and wastes in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with safety rules and procedures and perform work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work area. Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety, violations, and/or unsafe practices or procedures to supervisor.
