JARED GENERAL MANAGER

Basic Function:
Direct the daily operation of assigned Store to achieve sales and profit through leadership and training in accordance with Company standards, policies, systems, and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• Attains sales and profit projections as set by the Company. Maximizes the sales potential of all Team Members.
• Maintains daily focus among all associates on standards achievement.
• Contributes to an environment of total customer satisfaction by making the customer's needs the first priority.
• Achieves profit goals as determined by the Company by controlling markdowns, expenses, and payroll.
• Develops the skills and product knowledge of Team Members by training. Conducts training meetings and role plays as required by the Company.
• Evaluates Team Member's performance to determine progress to identify developmental needs. Counsels and assists Team Members to assure the highest standards of efforts and output.
• Consistently monitors the flow of customers at each counter and identifies when to shift personnel from one department to another to provide superior customer service.
• Maintains a high level of customer service and follow-up.
• Establishes a positive, professional work atmosphere to inspire and motivate others to achieve store goals. Encourages and promotes a cooperative, team spirited work atmosphere among all Team Members.
• Acts in a manner that will influence and earn the respect of Team Members and management.
• Effectively delegates assignments and responsibilities to Team Members and closely supervises their completion. Provides assistance and training as necessary.
• Carefully prepares work schedules for all departments and assigns Team Members to specific duties.
• Maintains open lines of communication with Team Members and management. Encourages Team Members to participate and offer ideas.
• Consistently recruits and hires personnel through effective interviewing and screening.
• Monitors the saleability of merchandise by spot checking cases and displays for proper tickets that are clean and legible. Also ensures that merchandise is properly displayed.
• Oversees the sales floor, office and inventory functions. Reviews and signs off on all documents and reports being utilized by these areas. This includes Transfer Detail Reports, Merchandise Piece Counts, Deposits and all logs.
• Follows Company guidelines regarding showcase displays and advertising promotions. Advises management of customer response and comments regarding all promotions.
• Knows and trains all Team Members on features and benefits of the merchandise. Provides expert knowledge regarding quality, value, warranties and services. Completes Diamontology and GIA Gemology courses.
• Responds promptly and accurately to all management directives, requests for merchandise transfers, inventories and requests for information. Strictly adheres to Company guidelines pertaining to discount policies.
• Advises management of merchandise requirements and excesses. Compiles and reports customer requests. Also informs management of practices and activities of competitive companies.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures, including security and credit policies.
• Conducts regular store meetings to keep all Team Members well informed about Company policies and procedures. Advises Team Members of all upcoming special events, promotions and ensures the implementation of necessary preparations to assure the success of those events.
• Maintains the neatness and cleanliness of the sales floor, office, outside areas and storage areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned

This position will be responsible for overseeing bridal sales performance, timepiece merchandise launch executions, implementing bridal product education provided by Signet, and developing training plans to improve areas of opportunity for Store as a whole. Minimum Requirements: Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards. Sales must be one of the three. No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months. DCA certified. Minimum six months with company or similar experience level with another company. Completion of Minimum Training Requirements training module (Found on Signet Learning Portal) and completion of the Minimum Training Requirements Quiz with a passing score. Responsibilities: Serve guests and promote store sales Consistently attains sales and performance standards, Special Event and Store promotion results. Promotes an environment of total guest satisfaction by making the guest’s shopping and jewelry needs the first priority. Provides an exceptional Guest experience by keeping with the Guest’s agenda and providing proper follow-up by utilizing the Clienteling system. Consistently monitors the flow of Guests and assists with matching the appropriate Team Member with the Guest. Supervises bridal merchandise and effectively train all Team Members on bridal merchandise Oversees the implementation and administration of bridal merchandise, including sales performance, promotions, incentives, launch executions, visual display and merchandising, while also attaining sales and product knowledge on other merchandise categories throughout the store. Develops and maintains complete knowledge of all bridal merchandise, becoming the Subject Matter Expert, to effectively train all Team Members on the features and benefits, quality, value, warranties, services, and procedures associated with each bridal brand and collection. Operates as a point of contact with vendor partners and is responsible for successful completion of all vendor trainings, eLearnings, and incentive submissions for the store. Collaborates and assists with Management Team Evaluates areas of opportunity regarding each bridal brand and collection and coordinates with the management team on developing and coordinating effective training plans to improve behaviors relating to merchandise sales, standards performance, and Guest experience. Collaborates with the General Manager on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, counseling’s, updates related to all pertinent information about Team Members. • Assists in implementing and administering merchandise and advertising programs, merchandise displays in showcases and inventories as directed. Reports customer comments and requests to management.
• Monitors the saleability of merchandise by spot checking cases and displays for proper tickets that are clean and legible. Also ensure that merchandise is properly displayed.
• Develops a full understanding of all sales, credit, administrative and security policies, procedures and duties. Develops a full understanding of store promotions (i.e., credit programs and special events).
• Assists General Manager in the supervision of sales, office and inventory personnel. Recommends promotions when appropriate.
• Develops technical knowledge of repairs and custom design services. Estimates cost on watch and jewelry repairs. Executes minor repairs as needed.
• Assists in monitoring the inventory control function, as directed by the General Manager.
• Assists in store maintenance, both inside and outside, by delegating or performing these duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vendor Management Analyst will be responsible to assist in IT Procurement and Asset Management activities, including but not limited to issuing purchase orders, invoice processing, reconciling invoice discrepancies and tracking assets on an as needed basis. The position will also assist in renewing license and support contracts prior to expiration, preparing audit responses, and managing supplier relationships. Vendors on any invoicing issues. Will also assist Contract Analyst with Software support renewals and other Vendor relationship matters.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Daily Duties
• Manage and track software assets
• Review and resolve problems with invoice payment
• Issue POs for software, hardware, and services for IT as necessary, within IT & corporate policies, procedures, authorizations, budget, etc.
• Manage & renew software support prior to expiration; provide notice of cancellation of service as necessary.
• Troubleshoot & resolve operational problems related to software licensing
• Interact/coordinate purchase activities with sourcing, legal finance, and information security as needed
• Completion of various administrative tasks, including but not limited to: troubleshooting PO related issues, requesting PO receipts, processing PO and non PO invoices, and resolving invoice issues, testing SAP vendor maintenance
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Negotiate and process software and hardware agreements as necessary
• Assist with budget planning for IT software expense
• Communicate as needed with IT management and employees in support of their business requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree is in Business, Finance, Computer Science or other relevant field is desired.
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: 5+ years of experience in an IT Department as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, buyer, or other role that provides experience in the duties associated with this role
Technical/Other Skills Required:
• SAP experience is plus.
• Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical information into Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (Visio also preferred)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vendor Management Analyst will be responsible to assist in IT Procurement and Asset Management activities, including but not limited to issuing purchase orders, invoice processing, reconciling invoice discrepancies and tracking assets on an as needed basis. The position will also assist in renewing license and support contracts prior to expiration, preparing audit responses, and managing supplier relationships. Vendors on any invoicing issues. Will also assist Contract Analyst with Software support renewals and other Vendor relationship matters.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Daily Duties
• Manage and track software assets
• Review and resolve problems with invoice payment
• Issue POs for software, hardware, and services for IT as necessary, within IT & corporate policies, procedures, authorizations, budget, etc.
• Manage & renew software support prior to expiration; provide notice of cancellation of service as necessary.
• Troubleshoot & resolve operational problems related to software licensing
• Interact/coordinate purchase activities with sourcing, legal finance, and information security as needed
• Completion of various administrative tasks, including but not limited to: troubleshooting PO related issues, requesting PO receipts, processing PO and non PO invoices, and resolving invoice issues, testing SAP vendor maintenance
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Negotiate and process software and hardware agreements as necessary
• Assist with budget planning for IT software expense
• Communicate as needed with IT management and employees in support of their business requirements.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree is in Business, Finance, Computer Science or other relevant field is desired.
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: 5+ years of experience in an IT Department as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, buyer, or other role that provides experience in the duties associated with this role
Technical/Other Skills Required:
• SAP experience is plus.
• Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical information into Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (Visio also preferred)

The Role
This role will focus on supporting our testing and optimization efforts. We are looking for a strong front-end developer to join our testing and optimization team to help build A/B test campaigns that drive data-driven decision-making and grow revenue. A solid understanding of A/B/n, MVT and personalization testing methodologies in addition to writing custom JavaScript, HTML and CSS is paramount to success in the role.

• Experience leading full program lifecycle data warehouse programs across cross-functional teams utilizing AWS, ETLs, Reporting technologies. Has been involved in leading multiple projects from start to finish, including building, testing, and coordinating releases and production support.
• Deep understanding and proven experience of the Software Development Life Cycle and consistent record of achieving program objectives
• Experience with leading resources across the globe, both full-time and contractors
• Stellar written and verbal communicator. Generates the right impact or response for a specific audience.
• Experience in handling multiple priorities at once with demonstrated understanding in how to self-manage their time and energies
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with others to determine, and execute, acceptable solutions
• Advanced skills with Microsoft office suite (i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM, Confluence, JIRA, LucidChart or Visio
