The Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for assisting with various projects within the Investor Relations department at Stride. This role will report to the Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations to develop, lead and execute an integrated investor relations program that incorporates Stride’s strategies, plans and performance to drive shareholder value and enhance the company’s image within the investment community. The role will perform essential functions varying from support level work (earnings and conference preparation) to more analytical and researched-based work, including gathering investor and market intelligence as determined by business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
• Contribute to the quarterly earnings process, including development of the press release, earnings scripts, and support materials. Provide communications input and counsel on SEC and other regulatory filings;
• Schedule, facilitate and conduct meetings (conference calls, road shows and investment conferences) with investors and analysts to promote investment and sell-side coverage;
• Own and prepare investor presentations and key investor messaging.
• Collect, analyze, and present to management relevant information on stock ownership and performance, analyst opinions, and investor perceptions of how the company is being managed and their view of its financial results;
• Maintain the company’s investor relations website and record of investor relations meetings and events.
• Support positive relationships with the investment community (including institutional investors, sell-side analysts and others who make or influence stock purchase decisions).
• Collect, review and analyze investor and market intelligence data to share with leaders.
• Provide additional support to the team as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics or communications.
• One or more (1+) years of progressively more responsible experience in investor relations, accounting, FP&A, financial communications, corporate communications, investment management, finance or related field OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior/executive management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
• Experience with reporting, financial disclosures, quarterly earnings releases, shareholder activism and the regulatory landscape, preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and valuation models, with an exceptional and demonstrated understanding of how strategy and business execution impact financial performance and value creation, preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create compelling presentations that speak to the investment community.
