What You’ll Do:
• Support the Investor Relations team in executing on investor outreach and communications plans

Brief Description:

This Investor Relations position is an exciting opportunity for a talented, self-driven business professional. This individual will be an integral part of a small team responsible for developing and articulating compelling and balanced messaging to the financial community to drive fair valuation of the company. S/he should be investor and market savvy or be highly interested in rapidly getting up-to-speed in understanding this important external audience for the company. This highly visible role will work closely with senior members of management and requires strong executive presence, collaboration skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving complex environment. This individual should have a skill set that includes: the ability to work effectively and drive development of complex information including review adjudication and feedback to the reviewers; development and implementation of investor related messaging, questions/answers, key investor presentations; development of communications that can influence investors' ability to model Jazz effectively over time; and demonstrate the ability to provide strong, compelling communications to internal and external audiences.

Essential Functions
• A strategic partner to the VP, Head, Investor Relations in developing investor relations messaging, positioning and strategy to ensure the communication of timely, accurate and credible information to and from the financial community and internal management team.
• A key cross-functional partner, trusted advisor and additional point of contact between management and the IR function, as well as between the company and the investment community (primarily analysts, institutional, and individual investors) in communicating financial results and business strategy.
• Support the VP of Investor Relations (IR) in external communication with investors. Collaborate to respond to questions from the investment community, ensuring accurate and consistent disclosure of key business objectives, business results, strategies, and decisions as part of an overarching investor story about the company. Seek out information to address questions that are not answered in previous disclosures and develop the answers and route for appropriate rapid sign off on the language.
• Develop strategic IR Disclosure documents that enable IR spokespersons (including the IR team) to understand updated disclosures. Lead the IR team in keeping documents up to date on a quarterly basis.
• In conjunction with the IR team, the Senior Director, IR will develop: quarterly earnings releases, other appropriate press releases, such as corporate development PRs and clinical study unblinding PRs, develop other investor presentations such as corporate overview, earnings script, key messages/QA and all commonly developed investor materials.
• Act as an additional point of support and mentorship to junior team members.
• Support internal IR partners with messaging, communications preparation and presentations that align with our efforts to optimize disclosure practices to the investment community. Specifically, work with IR team to develop/maintain current, core disclosure document/s that act as a central and consistent reference for all external spokespersons and to manage and maintain a compelling company presentation deck and key message/QA documents.
• Develop strong internal, cross functional relationships and partner with this broad group of functions to ensure that IR has accurate and balanced communications for use with the investment community.
• Fluently discuss with the investment community all key aspects of the company; includes extensive knowledge of all products, pipeline assets, corporate issues, government related activities, financials, modeling etc.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of IR and the IR team to develop strong action plans for quality improvement around key processes.
• Implement and support a proactive investor outreach/targeting program that includes participation at appropriate conferences, facilitation of non-deal road shows, 1x1 meetings and calls with buy and sell side contacts.
• Benchmark peers to identify potential improvements to enhance IR communications.
• Help management achieve a high return-on-time from investment community interactions through prioritization of management time and the IR outreach calendar.
• Be a brand and company ambassador in external interactions and bring an investor perspective to relevant internal interactions.
• Active internal participant in team efforts and cross corporation team efforts to drive improved communications/messaging in all key areas, including areas such as ESG (environmental/social and governance) arena.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish relationships in a new industry quickly. Ability to provide effective, accurate, timely and balanced disclosures.
• Strong executive presence in meetings, and ability to present succinctly.
• Experience with financial analysis and developing financial messaging is key; experience with strategic positioning of corporate development opportunities is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the financial community, modeling and the stock market required
• Quality improvement planning skills to enhance processes of the group
• Technical writing experience a must with the ability to communicate financial, clinical, and scientific information to a sophisticated audience.
• Command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience, including at least 3-5 years in equity research (buy or sell side), investor relations, other communications roles, financial communications or other global biotech/biopharma leadership positions
• Biotechnology and/or related healthcare experience strongly preferred

Basic Purpose

Service the mortgage loans sold portfolio to investors through the performance of 3 critical functions: (1) remittance, (2) reporting and (3) reconciliation as mandated by GSEs’ (Ginnie Mae (GNMA), Freddie Mac (FHLMC) and Fannie Mae (FNMA)) and Private Investors’ guidelines. Responsible for understanding the various investors’ servicing guidelines as it pertains to the remittance, reporting and reconciliation of the mortgage sold loan portfolios in order to perform assigned tasks and deliverables on a timely and accurate basis.

Responsibilities
• Stay abreast of applicable changes in the mortgage industry, as well as, changing or newly issued investors’ servicing guidelines/requirements, federal, state and industry laws and regulations in order to understand any impacts and/or changes to processes and tasks as directed by management
• Perform monthly custodial bank accounts, general ledger and P&I reconciliations, to include review, analysis of loan activity and financial data and research, identify and document differences or issues as they arise
• Perform daily and monthly validations and/or reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely remittances to investors
• Monitor, research and re-report daily loan rejects to ensure timely reporting to the investors
• Understand and process various default liquidations (i.e. short sales, REO, 3rd Party Sales, repurchases, make wholes, etc.) to ensure timely remittance and reporting to investors
• Process weekly bulk repurchase requests from Loss Mitigation and loan reclasses of Mortgage Loans Held for Investment (MLI)/Mortgage Loans Awaiting Sale (MLAS) from Mortgage Pricing or Capital Markets
• Monthly, prepare analysis and adjustment to investor cash balances, set up headers for investor sales and perform related sales reconciliations and adjustments, as well as, prepare reporting metrics of the investors’ portfolios
• Perform various monthly reporting tasks related to loan and pool adjustments in Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and GNMA’s Reporting and Feedback System (RFS) for NFCU’s largest mortgage sold portfolio
• Assist in the preparation and calculation of various schedules for net worth, capital requirement, liquid asset and insurance coverage as required for the annual compliance audits for GNMA and Federal Housing Administration (FHA), as well as, annual certifications for FNMA, FHLMC and Uniform Single

Attestation Program (USAP), including reporting packages that are required to be delivered to the GSEs or Private investors
• Assist in the preparation and gathering of prepared by client (PBCs) for internal, external and GSEs reviews or audits
• Assist in the monthly preparation (i.e. model updates, journal entries, executive summaries, flux explanations, etc.) of the Risk Sharing and Representation and Warrants areas as directed by the Investor Reporting Analyst II or management
• Participate in Black Knight’s (BK) enhancements for MSP or investors initiatives by assisting management in the updates and execution of processes and tasks for the impacted areas
• Identify opportunities for process improvements on assigned areas of ownership and tasks and make recommendations for changes, as well as, assist in efforts to automated or streamline current processes
• Collaborate with investors and/or various business units (i.e. Servicing, Lending, Default, Capital Markets, etc.) to respond to inquiries or requests for loan information or to resolve and research reporting and remittance questions
• Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business units and/or across the organization
• Serve as mentor/trainer and provide guidance and assistance to team members and contractors
• Perform other duties and ad hoc request as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or other related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
• Agile and flexible to changes whether driven by mortgage industry, investors, company or department initiatives/mandates
• Working knowledge or experience of the mortgage industry
• Working knowledge of accounting, credit union, and/or lending principles and techniques
• Experience in applying accounting knowledge in performing transactions and reconciliation
• Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA and relevant mortgage investor guidelines
• Experience with investor reporting functions in a mortgage secondary marketing environment
• Experience identifying relevant analytical problems, determining appropriate diagnostic methods and solving unique and complex issues/problems

Position Summary

The leader in this position will directly manage a Vice-President of Investor Relations as well as a Director of Investor Relations. Qualifications

Education

• Fifteen or more years of broad-reaching, finance-driven investor relations experience - preferably with publicly held companies or a combination of experience in the capital markets/corporate finance coupled with senior level investor relations experience.
• A solid understanding of how marketing plays a role in investor relations, is a prerequisite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to craft and communicate a compelling narrative for the investment community;
• Strong analytical abilities; a solid foundation in corporate finance; a mastery of financial and investment terminology.
• Expertise in building models and understanding the metrics behind stock valuation and value creation.

Enterprise Housing Credit Investments is seeking a Director, Investor Relations to manage multi‐investor fund operations including relationship management, strategic planning of annual funds, management of investor due diligence and leading the review and negotiations of partnership agreement terms and the fund closing process. Responsibilities

Job Description
• Play a pivotal role in the formation and closing of multi-investor LIHTC funds.
• Manage investor relationships; ensuring that all reporting and information needs are addressed in a timely manner; coordinating due diligence meetings; and sharing information about other Enterprise capital products and initiatives.
• Negotiate/review partnership agreement terms and manage fund closing processes, often in coordination with Legal, Underwriting, Credit and other internal or external stakeholders.
