About the role - Mentor
Higher education in tech is broken. Not everyone gets an opportunity to make it to the elite colleges and have access to the best faculty. We need the software engineers of today to step up and bridge that gap.

Please note that this is a part-time role :)
What would your role be?
Understanding the goals, strengths, and weaknesses of your learners and helping them fill the gaps.
You would be expected to spend 2 hours/month/learner to keep track of their performance and learning trajectory.
You can take up the number of learners based on the number of hours you can dedicate.
Regularly provide constructive feedback to your learner(s) to help them stay on track.
Conduct mock interviews to assess the learning curve of your learner(s).
Preferred experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
Very strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and designing scalable systems.
Passionate about technology – hands-on experience on distributed systems, design, and development of enterprise products and software platforms.
Very empathetic.
Effective storyteller.
