RESPONSIBILITES
• Partner with Product line managers and obtain executive approval to develop business cases that support the product strategy roadmap that drives growth for the organization.
• Maximize ROI and Value Delivery.
• Lead Cross-Functional team to deliver new products to various markets.
• Drive accountability/ownership among functional team members, escalating risks to management.
• Define project milestones and lead project team through new product development process, ensuring project is on-cost, on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
• Deliver all projects to meet or exceed financial, timing, and quality KPIs.
• Execute projects utilizing required PMO standard tools and templates, including project master schedules, resource allocation matrix, and project action items.
• Define project core team members and stakeholders and hold regular project reviews to ensure cross functional team alignment.
• Communicate project status, timing, action items, issues, and risks weekly with the project core team members, stakeholders, and PMO leadership.
• Provide project data weekly to PMO leadership for integration into portfolio management.
• Drive continuous improvement in the PM method.
• Interface with customers to ensure all required deliverables are captured and executed on-cost and on-time.
• Present to IMMI leadership as needed.
• Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, program management, business management or a related field
• Must have product development experience and strong understanding of functional activities that surround product development (Validation, Tooling, Product Launch)
• Experience with Safety Product Development (seatbelts, airbags, etc.) desired
• Minimum of 5 years of program management, new product development, or a related field
• Comprehensive understanding of MS Suite, MS Teams, MS Project, Windows systems, along with other relevant program management systems
• Knowledge/Experience with manufacturing methods highly desired
• Excellent ability to lead global cross-functional teams
• Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Assists in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting certain IT Infrastructure networking systems.
• Assist in planning and managing the integration of systems changes into existing systems and software.

• Evaluate results of Enterprise Technology projects, then report and make recommendations based on findings.
• Assist in developing standards and processes to support and facilitate Enterprise Technology projects and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• At least of 5 years of recent Network and/or Security related experience
• Technical problem solving/analysis
• Ability to multi-task
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Project management, with the ability to handle complex technical projects & deliverables
• Strong experience with networking Cisco and Fortinet technologies, wireless and telephony
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, Cisco technologies, wireless and telephony
