The Product Manager for Cardiac Assist Disposable (CADI) products is responsible for the development and execution of global marketing and product strategies. This will include analyzing market and customer information, identifying new product innovations, optimizing the product portfolio, launching new products and line extensions, managing product lifecycles, pricing strategies... etc. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for representing the customer perspective into all aspects of the business and coordinate comprehensive market assessments to support prioritization and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
• Execute the product strategy, multi-generational product roadmaps, development priorities, and release planning that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Drive the global launch of key products and line extensions by developing and leading global launch plans partnering with a cross functional team
• Understand, define and integrate voice of customer, market needs and competitive landscape to advance business objectives
• Develop and validate product (and portfolio) value proposition, including compelling evidence for products in the development pipeline in partnership with R & D.
• Assess and quantify opportunities to improve market share, product profitability and entry into new procedures/conditions
• Implement product portfolio strategies and program prioritization
• Create the product positioning and messaging for different customer segments.
• Develop insights into the customer's activity cycle, critical purchase criteria, segmentation, targeting & competitive positioning with technical aspects of the product/service in mind.
• Exercise discipline to understand, monitor and capitalize on the market landscape, market lifecycles, value chain, threats and opportunities.
• Initiate market research, analyze output & work with cross-functional team to implement actions based on results.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration, or any related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3 – 5 years previous medical device product management experience.
• Experience in global product launches, long-range planning, global product positioning, and
• Basic understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems.
• Basic understanding of US, EU and Japan regulatory policies and procedures.
• Solid computer skills are required in the areas of word processing, spread sheet analysis, presentation graphics, database design and operation, Windows, with multi-media experience being a plus.

Salary range $125k - $140k depending on experience
