Position Summary:
The Production Support Specialist for hoopla is responsible for assisting the Support Lead in answering, organizing and gathering customer feedback from our digital patrons, as well as testing upcoming releases.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements listed below.
• Manage and answer Salesforce bug and feedback cases entered from patrons and related to hoopla patron platforms.
• Respond to app reviews and collect data for presentations and Product Owners.
• Manage and answer Salesforce enhancement request cases entered from patrons, and related to hoopla patron platforms, and collaborate with the Product Manager for hoopla on communication back to the patrons.
• Review Salesforce cases entered from Patrons and determine if they are bugs or enhancements.
• Manage helpdesk tickets related to content tickets and content requests.
• Monitor task systems and other bug tracking software to provide status updates or resolutions for all bugs and enhancements.
• Organize enhancement requests related to feedback about patron platforms and collaborate with Support Lead.
• Reach out to customers via email to get all the details you need.
• Review and update FAQ as needed, as well as work on the Self Service Portal.
• Backup other Case Specialists.
• Attend all necessary SCRUM ceremonies and hold presentations regularly on feedback.
• Create reports and monitor results pertaining to issues and concerns.
• Attend Digital Library Forums as needed and report on all feedback.
• Work with Product Owners to learn priorities and receive training for troubleshooting.
• Review reported errors and collect data for the Development Team relating to bugs and enhancements.
• Test releases as time permits. Testing is secondary, but critical to keep one foot in the development process.
• Part of on call rotation for after-hours and emergency outage support.
Skills:
• Must be an active listener - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to communicate technical issues.
• Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator collaborates and supports the books team in promotion of Audiobooks and eBooks for both physical and digital consumption. This includes staying current with industry knowledge and trends, popular authors, key release dates and promotional support, trending genres and competitors. Creates, in conjunction with marketing manager and specialist, book collections/recommendations for physical and digital distribution. Will also plan marketing promotions and efforts in support of recommendations to increase engagement and grow revenue.

• Work with others on the Content team to seek opportunities to drive sales and improve the overall quality of the category – both by working with select vendors and across internal departments.
• Analyze data to evaluate the performance of the category and develop strategies accordingly.
• Interface with select vendors in a support role.
• Curate and create noteworthy and in-demand collections for libraries and patrons
• Upload collections, titles and marketing assets to website.
• Ongoing review of Midwest Tape website and hoopla title information for errors or misinformation, inform IT or data on updates that should be addressed.
• Understand and use Tableau as a valuable resource for reporting metrics.
• Gather and use data to make smart marketing recommendations and decisions.
• Special projects as required by the manager.
• Remain informed of events within the industry through monitoring of industry news sources.
• Monitor incoming new release title information and prioritize data entry and marketing opportunities.
