JOB DUTIES:
• Assist in the concept-to-production development of the Marketing Department's integrated advertising campaigns across print and digital channels. This includes partnering with creative leadership and Brand Marketing team in the ideation of key visual campaign concepts, optimizing concepts to research feedback, and creation of digital display/SEM ads across all necessary specifications/dimensions. May also include the creation of custom landing pages (web), influencer program assets, and supporting PowerPoint presentations used in Brand Marketing initiatives.
• Create custom collateral pieces including sell sheets, catalogs, brochures, instore display/POP graphics supporting retail and commercial channels while working within or expanding brand/campaign guidelines.
• Development and application of visual standards in the design of packaging/collateral projects, including product cards, inserts, nameplates, cliches/markings, and manuals. Concept and produce packaging variations to support new product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support Brand Marketing team through the creation of bespoke social media visuals for brand platforms on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook.
• Assist in stylistic direction on photo/video shoots (on-site and/or remote), when necessary.
• Review and provide feedback on production proofs (both digital and print), die line adjustments, and packaging edits made by outside vendors, when applicable, ensuring accuracy and quality consistency for finished pieces.

YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry experience
• 3 to 5 years of creative graphic design experience across print and digital with an emphasis on production-ready concepting. Previous experience will ideally include brand/product refreshes, generation/evolution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and knowledge/support of production (multi-SKU rollouts, brand extension work, print-ready preparation, proofing, asset support for web, e-commerce/e-marketing)
• Portfolio of produced work demonstrating strong compositional and aesthetic sensibilities in both print and digital projects that includes (but is not limited to) product packaging, in-store displays, print and digital/display advertising, marketing materials, and e-commerce; multi-lingual assets a plus
• Ability to self-lead in moments of creative ideation; a talent for identifying the existing boundaries of visual standards and the confidence in knowing when to work just beyond them
• Intermediate-level knowledge of print/graphics-related Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) on the macOS operating system
• Intermediate-level abilities in photo retouching, masking, and compositing
• Strong organizational and communication skills; an ability to view projects from a high level to ensure consistency across the brand
• Open and enthusiastic collaborator; accepting of constructive creative feedback to ensure strongest, most cohesive presentation of brand standards across all channels
• Ability to personally manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or attention to detail

Business Planning

You Must Have:
• Bachelor degree; MBA an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a B2B, OEM product role in the energy industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in Demand Response and Energy Management
• Proven ability to maintain focus on large scale products while implementing multiple short term deliverables in parallel
• Strong experience leading external customers through new processes and energy concepts
• Deep understanding of utility energy programs and wholesale energy markets in the US.

Salary Range: In compliance with applicable laws, Resideo provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be performed in NYC, Colorado, Washington, and California. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, the specific office location, and pay differences based on the local labor market. The expected base salary range for this role is $122,288 - $203,813.

Incentive Eligibility: This position is eligible for 10% annual bonus.
