Role Description:
This entry level position requires a candidate with a strong background in mechanical engineering fundamentals. Role description:
Your primary responsibility as a Maintenance Manager will be performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all R&D and manufacturing equipment within our facility. You will also manage or assist management with the planning and installation of new equipment. You will prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans to keep all equipment in working order and minimize equipment downtime. You will plan and maintain a spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime. You will provide assistance to our engineering and operations teams as needed to keep our processes running smoothly. As the company grows, you will hire, train, and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and chilled water systems failures as required.
• Manage subcontracted equipment & facilities repair and installation work.
• Manage process gases inventory and interface with suppliers to replenish inventory.
• Manage hazardous waste inventory and disposal.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as-required, subcontracting work as necessary.
• Determine equipment spare parts requirements, order parts and maintain inventory as necessary.
• Design & fabricate jigs and fixtures upon request.
• Assist department management with equipment installation planning as needed.
• As the company grows, assist department management with staffing the Maintenance team and manage those employees.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, or equivalent military certification
• 10 - 15+ years of combined maintenance technician/maintenance manager experience in a manufacturing or R&D laboratory environment
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and chilled water systems
• Basic computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Experienced with chemical processes
• Experienced with Additive Manufacturing processes desired
Work Environment:
The Maintenance Manager will be working in a laboratory, pilot line environment and will be required to wear protective gear. Holo puts safety first, and will provide the employee with engineering controls, personal protective equipment, and safety procedures to limit exposure to the following: moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic and/or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required. Standing up to 2 hours at a time may be required.

Role Description:
As a Software and Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for writing applications and designing control systems to drive Holo’s hardware. You will be relied upon to contribute to application architecture and design, as well as writing code, tests, conduct code and design reviews, support releases, and maintain applications and hardware.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement embedded software applications from ideation to release that drive our custom hardware
• Write, test, and debug low-level code (from microcontrollers to embedded RTOS)
• Write, test, and debug high-level application code (Industrial Windows)
• Specify, install and maintain industrial control electronics
• Collaborate with a team of diverse engineers to design and optimize our manufacturing process
• Develop and maintain excellent documentation
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or higher in electrical engineering or computer science
• 2+ years industrial experience
• Experience with embedded systems
