The Role
We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong communicator to join our sales team. As a Relationship Manager, you will reach out and own the full sales life-cycle for our Mid-Market accounts within districts that have enrollments of 3,000 - 10,000 students within a defined territory. What You'll Do

Who You Are
• Deep knowledge of sales processes with 3+ years of technology sales experience in a K-12, B2B SaaS environment
• Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
• Personal history of repeatedly exceeding past individual contributor quota
• Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of B2B Sales and experience selling into government entities
• Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, and a desire for constant improvement
• Ability to effectively operate with high-energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Ability to build scalable processes, and you have the analytical skills to optimize them over time
• Highly effective communicator with strong EQ and influencing skills
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to shepherd projects from design, build, to market launch. This highly visible position will be managing a core component for our most profitable products. This position sits on the Program Management Office team, a team that manages large, cross-functional projects. The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to shepherd projects from design, build, to market launch. This highly visible position will be managing a core component for our most profitable products. This position sits on the Program Management Office team, a team that manages large, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of networking, VPNs, and mobile development with amazing project management skills.
What You'll Do
• Work with product managers and executives to prioritize projects across the organization based on company goals and objectives.
• Manage the delivery of projects through the full lifecycle from design to roll out, marketing, sales, and production support.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of the application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirements definition, UI/UX design, architectural design, stakeholder feedback, development, and deployment.
• Resolve blockers across the organization to facilitate successful delivery.
• Lead a cross-functional team in a matrixed organization for successful, on-time delivery.
• Negotiate scope and priorities with key stakeholders.
• Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery.
• Work with line managers in optimizing team and individual efficiency and performance.
• Act as point person for escalation and prioritization of team’s work.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and iterative project management methodologies.
• Coach scrum teams and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
Who You Are
• At least 8 years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Experience managing and supporting software development teams
• Good understanding of networking, virtual private networks (VPNs), operating systems (iOS, macOS, Windows, etc.), and mobile device management systems
• Experience building SaaS products
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to emergent requirements and changing priorities
• Experience with Go-To-Marketing Planning and Management
• Experience with Management of Product Alpha and Beta Releases
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent related hands-on experience required
• PMI and CSM certifications preferred
• Experience with Jira preferred

The typical base salary range for this position is $153K - $176K per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
