Job Description: Breakfast Cook / Dishwasher
The Latch Inn in Sidney is looking for an amazing part time breakfast cook / dishwasher to join the team. The right candidate is highly organized, and detail oriented. This is a dual role. Training provided for the right candidate.
Shifts: 7:00am to 11:00am 5 days a week.
Tasks: Prep & Cook breakfast for up to 12 guests over a 2-hour period.
Cleaning pots, pans, dishes, floor after breakfast service.
• *Requirements:**
• Successfully execute the cooking of the Inns made to order breakfast menu.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production guidelines.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Valid Food Safe One Certificate required.
• Must be Fully Vaccinated.
• Flexible availability and able to work weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
• Ability to work a full shift standing.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• Have excellent knife-skills and attention to detail.
• Full training provided.
