About the Role

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for raising the bar for the quality of analysis and decision making on our Go-to-Market team. You will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve our funnel conversion rate, design experiments to test marketing initiatives, and build robust reporting to drive insights.

What You’ll Do
• Own, iterate and improve upon our Go-to-Market experimentation in Eppo
• Manage and enhance marketing data tables within our analytics codebase

What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Do
• Own projects end to end, from design to implementation, managing complexity and working with stakeholders to think through areas such as business impact, reliability, operability, and security.

About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for raising the bar on the quality of our analysis and decision making within the Go-to-Market team. You will partner closely with our Director of Performance Marketing to own and uplevel our marketing attribution systems, deep dive into customer acquisition funnels, and improve the overall efficiency of our growth machine.

You will report to the Marketing Analytics Manager. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our New York City office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You’ll Do
• Own, iterate and improve upon our geo-lift testing program and media mix model
• Work in our existing analytics codebase to maintain and improve our multi-touch attribution model
• Define and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CAC, LTV and payback period
• Serve as a thought partner to the performance marketing leadership in deciding how to strategically grow our customer base
• Partner with Data Platform and peer Analytics teams to implement best-in-class analytical frameworks and testing structure across our data stack

What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, 2+ years in a marketing analytics or science role, ideally at a SaaS company
• Strong working knowledge of stats (regression, conversation rate modeling, A/B testing, media mix modeling, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• A demonstrated self-starter with strong communication and project management skills
• Excitement about working in for a a high-paced, fast-changing start-up and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get foundational work done
• Proficiency with dbt, Looker or data visualization tools is preferred

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $144,000-$170,000 + target equity + benefits. About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will develop our growth strategy from new user activation, monetization of existing customers, and the development of new features and products that will further GlossGenius’ growth and provide the highest quality products for our customers. In this role, you’ll tackle an ambiguous problem space and be responsible for identifying the largest areas of opportunity for the business through experimentation, qualitative research, and quantitative analysis.

You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, activate, and retain customers across the entire user acquisition funnel, with a focus on the first 30 days of their journey
• Build a data-driven feedback loop to optimize the full journey from first touch point all the way through their early success as a business on GlossGenius
• Develop and test hypotheses with other Product teams to build features that drive adoption of our newest products and increase adoption of existing features both from our current user base and from net-new users
• Run a/b tests and cohort analyses, helping to inform go-to-market, business and product decisions
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives with other areas of the business including Marketing, Customer Experience, Engineering, Product Design, UX, etc.

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in product related role with at least 2 years of experience in a product centric growth environment driving adoption across large product initiatives
• Highly analytical with the ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Subject-matter expertise on growth strategies and channels, including user onboarding, A/B testing, and referrals
• Demonstrated experience in leading the development of products and features from inception to launch
• Technical fluency; comfort discussing technology concepts with engineering counterparts
• Passion for empowering small business owners to be successful; possess a high level of empathy our customers and a strong desire to deeply understand their needs

We are searching for a Senior Manager, People Business Partners to drive people initiatives that align strategically with our growing business objectives. In this highly influential role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters while coaching and developing teams to achieve business outcomes. • Drive organizational design efforts, partnering with leaders to optimize structures, roles, and responsibilities
• Oversee complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations
• Build dashboards, utilize tooling and analyze people metrics adding further insight into the overall health of our teams
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs, coaching managers and leaders on effective people management

What We’re Looking For
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible HR/People experience, with a minimum of 3 years working in an HR/People Business Partner capacity, ideally at a fast-growing startup
• Demonstrated expertise in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic business impact through people initiatives
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret people and organizational data effectively
• Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and driving organizational development and change
• Proven ability to advise leaders on how to build, lead and grow effective teams
• Experience managing at least 1-2 direct reports
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
