General Summary:

A Trust Administrator has the responsibility for the complete administration of accounts, typically involving the following types: trusts, guardianships, estates, or agencies. The core of this position is relationship management with a focus on prudent financial planning.

All associates at Capital City Bank have access to confidential client information, and must practice discretion and due diligence at all times.

This position requires the associate to drive on behalf of the Bank and the associate must adhere to Bank's Motor Vehicle Guidelines.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains and grows book of business of high net worth families, individuals, and organizations through building relationships, providing excellent and professional client service, and cultivating active relationships with business professionals in the community.

Develops new business and confers with potential clients within current book of business. Meets and exceeds sales goals established for new business. Also accompanies Business Development Officer on calls to prospective clients.

Works with attorneys in matters relating to clients which includes reviewing drafts of estate planning documents for clients.

Coordinates with external CPAs pertaining to tax issues relating to client needs.

Sets up estates, trusts, guardianships, and agency accounts. Has the responsibility of building relationships with persons, agencies, and organizations that have an interest in any aspect of an account.

Manages assigned accounts in accordance with terms specified in the trust instrument, agreement, or state statutes in a manner consistent with needs of the principals, and current and remainder beneficiaries. Additional requirements include consistent coordination with Portfolio Manager of account and client to establish the client’s investment objectives and risk tolerance as well as managing ongoing changes in client needs.

Makes account distributions per legal document and applicable law per set standards within the department.

Completes monthly account reviews. All accounts should be in compliance with federal/state law and company policy.

Completes and reports, monthly, pipeline activity.

Represents the company in business and community activities.

Responsible for staying current with federal, state, and tax laws pertaining to estate planning and fiduciary responsibility.

Employer determines the essential functions of the job.

All associates must understand and adhere to the non-negotiable Banker Standards and commit to practicing SGNNT at all times. Associates will consistently follow policies and procedures as established by Capital City Bank, with department managers setting the standard.

Associated Duties:

Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Required:

The following KSAs are usually acquired through college education with specialized business training course(s) and two to four years of related experience:
• At least two to four years of experience with trust law and administration, including regulations, rights of survivorship, and financial institution operating policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication needed to develop client and professional relationships.
• Ability to prioritize and work unsupervised.
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
• Engages and thrives in regular interpersonal contact with clients, business professionals and colleagues.
• Proven success in handling multiple, diverse, and complex tasks.
• Proficient computer skills including expertise in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to other computer programs as necessary to perform job function.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required. Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation or Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement.

Project/Unit Description

TMPO researches microelectronic applications, CAD tools, architectures, and materials to evaluate the security, trust, and reliability of microelectronic devices and the critical systems which rely upon them. TMPO develops tools and techniques in the areas of assurance, anti-tamper, and reliability for FPGAs, ASICs, SoCs, microcontrollers, and other microelectronics. TMPO employees are Research Faculty of Georgia Tech and have the opportunity for dual appointments and teaching positions with other departments of the university. TMPO is a division of GTRI's cyber security lab which contains 300 engineers and scientists and represents >10% of the total research award funding at Georgia Tech.

Job Purpose

Microelectronics expert to research and contribute to the design, synthesis, characterization, packaging, testing, reliability, security, and trustworthiness of nano-fabricated microelectronic semiconductor devices. This may include research of prototype or commercial semiconductor devices and tools, e.g., ASICs, FPGAs. This position involves close collaboration with a highly technical team of research leaders to accomplish task and program objectives, contribute technically to proposal ideation, and conceive and execute internal research efforts refining core research processes and capabilities. Responsibilities range from CAD/EDA tools development, semiconductor nano-device design, fabrication, and verification, to clean-room equipment utilization. Formal methods and other advanced algorithmic techniques will be leveraged to enable and evaluate security and trustworthiness pre and post-fabrication. The position will utilize a wide range of knowledge from semiconductor physics to micro/nano synthesis and fabrication tools, and develop novel techniques, algorithms, and tools to evaluate CAD/EDA flows, architectures, materials, and fabricated devices with new properties and features.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and implement new/novel algorithms in support of microelectronic security, design, verification, and analysis
• Design, architect, and build custom software and/or firmware solutions for a broader range of semiconductor devices and materials
• Utilize sophisticated semiconductor fabrication, verification, and analysis laboratory equipment (FIB, LVP) to support design, analysis, and verification tasks
• Lead white paper and small competitive proposals
• Contribute to direction and technical development of specific tasks or research thrusts.
• Present research and progress to customers or at working groups
• Contribute/author substantial sections of technical reports and presentations
• Contributes to their field via conference posters, papers

Additional Responsibilities

Required Minimum Qualifications
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, hardware design, digital logic design, and various microelectronic architectures
• Competency designing hardware leveraging at least one industry-standard HDL language (i.e., Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL)
• Experience working with at least one major FPGA vendor design tool suite (i.e., Xilinx Vivado, Altera/Intel Quartus, Microsemi Libero) OR open source tools (i.e. Yosys, OpenRoad)
• FPGA/ASIC design experience with common hardware interfaces (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C), data flow (e.g., FIFOs, clock domain crossing), and more advanced IP cores or primitives (PCIe, DDR, FloatingPoint/HLS, JTAG, Ethernet, etc)
• Familiarity with TCL to automate HDL forward design flow
• Experience with Python used to analyze and visualize data, or any experience using Python to automate lab equipment
• Experience using a variety of electronics lab equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc) to debug circuit boards and hardware designs

Preferred Qualifications
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience applying the minimum qualifications to the design, construction, or analysis of Cyber-Physicals Systems (CPSs) like robots and industrial/process control systems
• Experience with embedded C/C code, toolchains
• Experience with the analysis of embedded code (HDL or C), RTOS for relevant robustness qualities such as latency, safety, and security in the context of CPSs
• Experience with a formal analysis tool for models, HDL, or embedded software (e.g. Coq, Isabelle, SystemVerilog, SymbiYosys, OVL, Frama-C, etc)
• Experience modeling HDL or CPS behavior using any theoretic/mathematical approach (control theory, graph theory, or relevant forms of logic)
• Experience designing and fabricating Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
• Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments
