Key Responsibilities:

Concept, record, design and implement world-class audio

Create, implement and contribute to the creative and technical output of the team

Be a driver of technology developments, helping ensure that our games are at the forefront of game audio

Improve workflow, pipelines and audio systems

Assist in recruitment and training, making recommendations, reports and aligning on strategy

Engage in scoping and resourcing

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years in a similar role
• Shipped at least 1 AAA title
• Advanced sound design skills with a proven track record
• Skilled sound recordist (studio and in the field)
• Expert working knowledge of Unreal engine
• Adept of UE Blueprints
• Advanced Reaper user
• Working knowledge of general game tools
• Experience in multi-channel formats
• A genuine passion for games

Role

• Be the primary point of contact across the business for planning on all product release timelines, submission planning and executing successful business strategies on first-party stores.

• Maintain and champion a comprehensive Release Calendar to aid in cross-team and cross-org release communication.

• Manage the creation and maintenance of all products within First Party portals, from the initial concept stage through to final release and post-launch support.

• Own the submission process, including code delivery, required documentation, taking point on communication and waiving requests.

You

• 2+ years’ experience with Release Management , First Party store management

• Experience with submission process
