Title: Video & Motion Graphics Producer

About the Work...
As the Video and Motion Graphics Producer at Gale you will be responsible for creatively completing and delivering video projects for a wide range of formats and platforms. You will leverage your video editing and motion graphics expertise and experience to ideate and create content for use on digital marketing and communications channels to deepen engagement, excitement, understanding and awareness of the Gale brand and its products and services.
In this role, you will…
• Produce product and marketing content, including video, 2D and/or 3D graphics, and motion graphics for use on content platforms such as Social Media (short form [Meta Reels, TikTok, etc.]); Web (long and short form); Advertising (:15, :30, 1:00 spots for YouTube, Connected TV, etc.); In-app spots (iOS, Google); and Tutorials, demos, tips/tricks, hacks, etc.
• Production: Production planning, assisting in script creation and editing, research locations and related needs, search and locate stock footage and audio where appropriate.
• Knowledge and experience as a camera operator/sound operator/lighting operator a plus.
• Post-production: Transfer, ingest and prep source footage for editing, arrange footage into meaningful, compelling sequence(s), integrate motion graphics, special effects and transitions, sound editing, music editing, and color correction/grading, as appropriate to deliver professional-quality video assets in correct size, specs and format for intended uses and audience.
• Have experience and expertise in most, if not all of the following applications/suites: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects); Davinci Resolve (preferred for editing, color correction/grading); Audio Production (ProTools, Davinci, UAudio LUNA or equivalent DAW); Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D application(s) a plus
• Collaborate with internal marketing and other (possibly external) teams with regard to creative content, scheduling, deadlines, and logistics.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and understanding of best practices, application updates and changes, to maintain Gale productions at the forefront of industry standards

• Bachelors degree or higher in digital media, graphic design, or related field

Who you are…
• Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
• Familiarity with keyword research
• Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms
• Experience with SEO copywriting best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible, self-sufficient, quick learner, and self-motivated

About the Work...
As Gale’s Marketing Copywriter, you will be responsible for the ideation, creation, testing and optimization of marketing and advertising copy that compels ‘conversions,’ as related to marketing objectives. Applications include many types of short (and long form), highly-impactful copy–including “catchy” verbiage for digital and print ad placements, magazine-style articles, press releases, web sites and web banners, trade show and events pieces, campaign headlines, email subject lines, body copy, and more.
In this role, you will…
• Write compelling and action-inspiring short-form content for print, web, advertising, and marketing materials for a myriad of marketing projects and campaigns
