As Executive Assistant, you will be accountable for shaping the client experience by providing exceptional service in support of our world-renowned hotel. Salary range: $85,000-$90,000

The Role Of Executive Assistant To General Manager

Reporting into our General Manager, you will manage secretarial responsibilities and coordinate the activities of the Executive Office in matters pertaining to appointments, transportation, mail, coordinating VIP guest bookings, arrivals, and experiences, assisting in the operation when needed and other general affairs. You will also be responsible for handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound independent judgment, as well as for managing a complex schedule and dealing with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
• Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for General Manager and Hotel Manager and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
• Prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager and Hotel Manager for approval.
• Compile monthly guest comment analysis and ensure proper distribution of results.
• Handle travel arrangements and reservations for managers and VIP guests.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct while maintaining the confidentiality of the Executive Office as set forth in EmPact.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and file storage system
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Maintain master list of donations made to charities on behalf of the hotel.
• Offer support for the other operational departments.
• Perform a daily follow-up on Medallia/Guest Comments and correspond to appropriate Department and Division Heads.
• Handle complaints in the absence of the General Manager and inform him/her as to action taken and follow up required.
• Assist with Glitch follow up to guests on behalf of Executive Office.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• 3-5 years prior administrative experience in related position
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Opera
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to compose business correspondence
• Solid work ethic, high level of integrity, and a concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation.
• Hours required: Eight hour shift; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.

The Bell Attendant assists guest with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.

Essential Job Functions
• Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assisst customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
• Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property.
• Complete Four Seasons Internship program, including: Bi-monthly learning series with Executive Leadership, Journal Entries, Final Project (and more!)

Non-essential Functions
• Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room.
• Assists guests at the Concierge Desk.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door Staff and Valet Staff.
• Assist in coverage of Residential Front Office responsibilities and desk coverage.

We Look For The Following Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
• A minimum of 1 years of hospitality or related work experience is preferred.
• Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Group Sales Manager who will support the sales efforts at both Four Seasons Hotel Denver and Four Seasons Hotel Nashville under the structure of Shared Services. Promote and sell to assigned market in defined geographic region or vertical segment. Generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups. Work closely with sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and confirm business required to meet budgeted sales goals. Candidate should possess the ability to solicit travel and create business development plans independently. This position supports sales at Four Seasons Hotel Denver and Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, as such, some travel to Nashville may be required. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in decision-making with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

Will oversee the EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. The ability to be visible in the operations, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests. Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control. The ability to work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design an effective menu and wine list while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
• Two to three years previous experience in a management position in food & beverage
• Good command of the English language
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies. Include group profile for each meeting; maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up. Perform daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers in defined geographic region. Promote awareness to corporate, incentive and association markets via travel to respective regions in the country providing presentations and personal sales calls. Maintain communication/relationship with WSO network for specific assigned region, as well as other FS hotels toward achieving pre-determined revenue goal. Create and execute direct sales plan specific to market assignment. Promote local awareness through maintaining relationships with CVB’s and tourism authorities. Conduct tours of property to meeting planners and other potential customers while informing of all hotel/resort services available; entertain customers on property, during site inspections, pre-planning trips, and program operation when appropriate. Work closely with conference services and catering through execution of definite program; keep Director of Conference Services and Planning Committee promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matter so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate. Coordinate all sales related activity through the direction of director of sales; negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs. Excellent knowledge of Delphi account management system to achieve FS minimum Delphi standards, while utilizing delphi as an account/organizational tool; have a working knowledge of local and regional competition.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Education: College education required or equivalent experience.

Experience: One to Three years experience in a hotel and or sales capacity with Four Seasons or another related organization.

Skills And Abilities

Strong communications (telephone and in person).

Strong writing and oral presentation skills

Basic Purpose

The Assistant Director of Rooms reports directly to the Hotel Manager and is responsible for all of activities of the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping and the Bell/Door Team. Assures that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved. Takes actions that maximize the profitability of the division.

Essential Functions

Directly supervises the Department Heads in the departments named above. Ensures thorough communications and follow-up on any problems, guest or employee requests or special requirements, and on hotel initiatives. Interviews and trains the staff. Conducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed. (25%)

Assures that financial goals of the division and the hotel are being met. Monitors and controls labor expense, and other divisional expenses such as supplies and equipment. Works closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales and the Front Office to maximize rate, occupancy and total revenue. Assists in preparing business forecasts. Prepares Annual Budget for the division. Makes suggestions that will improve revenue, reduce cost and increase guest satisfaction. (20%)

Assures that Four Seasons Service and Culture standards are being met. Supports and creates programs and initiatives that encourage employee development, training and career growth within the Rooms Division. Plays an active role in the Planning Committee. Engaged along with other Planning Committee members in long-range planning for the hotel. (10%). Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Will resolve complaints in person, by phone or electronically. Develops relationships with return guests, group contacts and other guests in order to provide personalized service. (10%). Reviews and monitors schedules of staff in all departments in the Rooms Division. Monitors their activities to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are being met. Routinely inspects all areas of responsibility in the Rooms Division. (10%) Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees. Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation. (5%) Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (10%) Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)

Qualifications & Requirements
• Based on the current needs, this position will have a specific focus on the Front Desk operation for the first three months.

Ski Concierge Supervisor - Full Time / Seasonal

Responsibilities

Oversee the off-site mountain activities location. Help guests with their equipment, maintain site cleanliness, set up breakfast, monitor guest lockers and ensure maps and other information stocked. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This position acts as the manager on duty in the absence of Management. This position is responsible for assisting in training, scheduling, and managing shift operations. This position is also responsible for resolving customer complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, and accommodating special requests whenever possible. This role has direct contact with employees and guest and as such good communication skills are a necessity.

Previous guest service experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Previous experience in a luxury environment preferred. Bi-lingual skills preferred (Spanish and Portuguese). Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Applicant must be willing to work outside and in inclement weather conditions.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning or afternoon, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
