• strategies.
• Lead consistency across platforms on what users experience on a screen or interface.
• Manage and build the library of common experience components on new digital platforms.
• Collaborate with other product teams to ensure reusable web/mobile components can be consumed by various product verticals.
• Manage cross-functional requests into the Account Manager product (accountmanager.ford.com), including global versions, where customers pay and get service for their loans.
• Lead the Brand website for Ford Credit (Ford.com/finance).
• Oversee the strategic management of the CMS platform.
• Manage product teams of both platform and experience teams to deliver next generation online experiences.
• Evaluate market trends and new capabilities to keep the CMS platform competitive. Recommend platform enhancements.
• Ensure the Platform meets state and federal regulatory requirements, privacy and compliance guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business, Master's degree preferred in business and/or engineering
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on consumer experiences across Web platforms
• 5+ years working in a cross functional capacity influencing across product areas.
• 3+ years with managing product teams
• Experience with standing up new web platforms such as Adoble Experience Manager
• Experience leading large teams and driving organizational design, career development, operations, and culture
• Track record of contributions to innovative, successful products and UI Platforms.
• Effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work.
• Proficiency in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of an organization.

What you’ll be able to do:

We’re seeking to grow our offerings in product safety, quality, and productivity through our cybersecurity test engineering activities. This involves applying engineering principles and analytical techniques to advance the security posture of our design and engineering processes, products, and services. You will be comfortable operating in the automotive technical domain as part of a team expected to:
• Develop, define, and maintain ECU and system-level security DV processes, procedures, plans and other technical documentation as required.
• Develop and agree with stakeholders on success criteria for design verification tests.
• Coordinate availability of test resources (breadboards, HiL availability, ECUs, vehicles, software, test equipment) and ensure all necessary resources available to support required test timing.
• Set up test environment & perform cybersecurity testing to validate and verify security controls & identify potential gaps related to vehicles, connected devices, and connected networks.
• Document test findings & provide comprehensive test reports & analysis from test activities per regulatory requirements and Ford processes.
• Employ cybersecurity processes, best practices, techniques, and tools and assure their consistent application within the vehicle and mobility domain.
• Support product program/new feature teams, coordinate with teams to provide security test perspective & champion designed-in testability during product development phases.
• Work to improve automation of cybersecurity testing wherever possible.

Qualifications

The minimum requirements we seek:
