You have been invited for a work experience as an event production assistant for the Forbes Travel Guide Summit.
Forbes Travel Guide is the global authority on luxury hospitality.
Their professional inspectors travel the world to assess the finest hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, spas and ocean cruise ships based on hundreds of exacting standards that determine their coveted annual Star Ratings.
The invitation-only 2023 program features:
Top luxury travel consortia members, thought leaders in technology, investment, sustainability, well being, company culture and more.
SCHEDULE Monday, 2/27 - Set-Up Shift:
1PM-9PM - (dinner; casual attire) Tuesday, 2/28 - 9:
30AM - 7PM - Summit Begins Wednesday, 3/1 - 7:
30AM - 7PM - Summit Continues Thursday, 3/2 - 6:
30AM - 9PM - Summit & Gala (option to be released earlier) Additional Information:
Compensation:
$200 date rate for 4 days = $800 Annual membership to the inaugural fieldX Career Readiness Program starting in May 2023 with the first option for micro-internships and mentoring.
You will be enrolled in our Event Readiness and Five-Star Customer Service Lesson Playlist (lessons are 3-5 minutes and can be done on your phone in sections - total about 1 hour) Career coaching session with several amazing career women to discuss anything from how to present yourself, build your resume, how to get where you think you want to go in your post education career Option to attend a few educational sessions during the summit Must be local, no travel or accommodations included Attire:
Mon - casual attire; Tue-Thu - business attire - no patterns - preferably black slacks, shirt, dress, skirt.
