The regular season starts on March 16th with the regular season running through July 21st. Playoffs would then follow.

Interviews start at the beginning of January. The training start date is TBD but the likely date would fall between mid to late February.

JOB PURPOSE :

Attend Indoor Football League games in your current area of up to a 1-hour drive. We prefer less but 1 hour is the max we will plan to go.

You would record and collect real-time data on our Data Collection Tool and work closely with the game-day support team to ensure data is being recorded quickly and accurately.

We are fueling the next generation of fan engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be reliable. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to "no-shows." We are looking for people who can commit to every game, communicate quickly, want to learn, are ready to work, and enter data within the company expectations.
• Communication. We are looking for people who are very responsive via email and any other company communication platforms.

Communication is essential to this position.
• Prepared. Take training seriously so you can apply that knowledge into entering perfect data on game days. This is a fast paced, high intensity environment.
• Be honest. Integrity is critical to the overall collection of sports data.
• Detail Oriented. Must be one who has a strong attention to detail and strives for perfection.
• Football Knowledge. Must have interest in football and understand the Indoor Football League rules or have a drive to learn the rules.

This will be tested in interviews.
• Have fun. We are a fast paced, small team that prides itself on continually improving. We are looking for people that thrive in fast-paced, competitive, and high stress situations.
• Provide feedback. Work closely with our Quality Control Team and Scout Manager to provide general feedback on the Data Collection Tool

REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• Full availability on Friday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's from March - July. This includes availability on Easter weekend (March 31st) as well as the weekend before and after the 4th of July.
• Strong knowledge of football, but specifically coming into the interview and training (if hired) with knowledge of the Indoor Football League.

Again, this will be tested in interviews.
• Strong team player that has the ability to communicate and work with others, adapt, and problem solve in real-time.
• Access to a computer for training and data entry on game days.
• Strong comfort level with computers.
