About The Opportunity

This role will have you arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation. Before you begin your role, you will spend three weeks (paid) training remote. This program will boost your knowledge, train you on contract airfares and sharpen your Sabre skills.

Our dedicated corporate travel agents handle the air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings as well as the ticketing, changes, exchanges, and queue management for a single enterprise level client.

Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET Monday - Friday. We also have positions available looking for evening/weekend and after-hours availability.

A typical schedule will include a 40-hour work week with five 8-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities
• Comprehend and strictly comply with Canadian travel policies for multiple corporate accounts, ensuring adherence to regulations and guidelines specific to the Canadian market.
• Provide unparalleled customer service, consistently exceeding the needs and expectations of business travelers.
• Keep clients informed about essential travel documents and health requirements for countries visited by travelers, ensuring compliance and peace of mind.
• Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with business travelers, serving as a trusted and capable Corporate Travel professional.
• Efficiently manage bookings for air, car, rail, and ground transportation i, optimizing travel arrangements based on travel preferences.
• Coordinate domestic and international itineraries with precision and meticulous attention to detail, considering Canadian-specific travel requirements.
• Complete all reservations accurately and promptly, maintaining the highest level of professionalism in accordance with business travel standards.
• Offer consultative service throughout the booking process, providing valuable guidance and recommendations to travelers.
• Skillfully handle ticketing, adjustments, exchanges, and queue management, resolving issues promptly and professionally in alignment with travel practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with business travelers, earning their trust as a reliable and proficient Corporate Travel professional in the market.
• Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and adhering to travel policies for high-volume corporate accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Canadian business travelers, ensuring their utmost satisfaction in the corporate travel sector.
• Exceed expectations by consistently meeting and surpassing the needs and requirements of business travelers.
• Experience & Qualifications
• Bi-Lingual in French & English strongly preferred
• 2 years + recent experience in Corporate Travel required
• 2 years + recent knowledge and experience using Sabre required
• 2 years + recent experience with complex ticketing & exchanges
• 2 years + recent experience working with OBT's (Online Booking Tools) and associated queues
• OPC/TICO Certification or ability to complete within 30 days of employment
• Possesses solid technical skills to efficiently assist customers with urgent and complex requests
• Professional and polished demeanor, demonstrating excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form
• Proficiency in handling complex international fares.
• Possess a professional and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in geographical and international destination knowledge is essential.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail along with strong written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

As FCTG's Senior Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play an integral part of the Global Financial Reporting (GFR) team who form part of the wider Global Expert Team (GET) which includes specialist teams such as legal, taxation and treasury. This team supports the global CFO network, executive team, audit committee, and board of directors. Your responsibilities will include consolidating and analysing Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) monthly global results at the board level, handling annual and half-year statutory reporting, conducting ad-hoc reporting and project work. As a part of this team you will also be involved in setting and monitoring FCTG's accounting policies, offering technical accounting support globally, and reviewing and assessing IFRS compliance.

What you'll be doing:
• Projects & Technical Advice
• Analyse new and amended Accounting standards, impact on FCTG and liaise with external auditors
• Develop and update global FCTG accounting policies
• Prepare technical accounting papers on key issues/ transactions and provide ad-hoc accounting advice as required
• Work independently and with other team members on technical topics to achieve practical outcomes
• Use technical knowledge and relationship with the business to be a catalyst for change and deliver commercial insights.
• Business Partnering
• Work with businesses to ensure that advice and information can be provided proactively and as required
• Monthly review of information received from specific businesses- analysis and checklists, high-level review for accuracy, reasonableness and business understanding
• Liaise with GM's and FC's to answer queries on the month-end process or any technical areas
• Gain an understanding of businesses, explain why certain information is required from GFR and discuss how GFR can assist them.
• Perform deep dives into key accounting processes to ensure global "one best way" is maintained

Who you are:
• CA/CPA Qualified, minimum 2 years post completion

• Technical accounting experience under AASB / IFRS
• Advanced excel skills
• PowerBI experience is advantageous but not essential
• Commercial experience would be viewed as a benefit, but not mandatory

About The Opportunity

As a Multi Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the designing, innovating, creating and delivering video content for digital platforms of Flight Centre Travel Group's Leisure brands.

Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Digital Content creation:

Design and animation (basic) of content for digital screens
Maintain library of content
Video & animated content creation for all online platforms
Video Editing of supplier & internal content
Internal Media production

2. Digital screens for FCB stores:

Scheduling content for digital screens
Managing screen content and playlists
Liaise with screen hosting company when needed, to ensure screens are operating smoothly

3. Design Support:

Graphic design support for Leisure Brands including but not limited to animated GIF creation and static content creation

4. Additional:

Basic filming of supplier & internal content

Experience & Qualifications
• Min 5 Years experience of experience as a multimedia designer/specialist
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in multimedia production, video editing, graphic design, and animation.
• Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software.
• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling multimedia content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for travel and a keen understanding of travel industry trends and consumer behavior is preferred.
• Familiar with publishing content through a content management system.
• Knowledge of computer networking and streaming, with a focus on audio/visual.
