Job Summary
The Official is a critical role on any sports field; responsible for enforcing rules while also cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach, and advocating for the programs. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.

Responsibilities
• Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rules books ensuring a fun, learning, and safety for all players
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Keep time and score during the game; manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)

Responsibilities:

The Multi Domain Test Force requires a Senior or Principal engineer to serve as project officer at Edwards AFB [Eglin AFB] to plan and execute flight test operations in support of large exercises and flag events.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of direct hands on experience in all phases of planning, executing and managing developmental or operational flight tests
• Minimum of 4 years as a mission commander or test director or air boss for large force exercises or test events (>25 aircraft)
• Minimum of 4 years as an instructor or evaluator in a tactical major weapons system or mission control room
• Previous experience with multi-domain integration
• Previous experience in 'Flag-level' mission planning processes
• Reputation of being a team player and possess a passion for flight test
• Possess maturity and professionalism to lead the execution of a flight test missions, briefings and oversee teams of engineers/operators in a control room or aircraft
• Willingness to accept changing and evolving roles & responsibilities in support of customers’ requirements and need
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Desired Qualifications:
• Test Pilot School or Weapons School graduate a plus
• Previous experience as an aircrew member (Pilot, WSO, EWO, etc.) desired

Education Requirements:
A bachelors degree in a STEM field of study is required.

Clearance Requirements:
Active Top Secret Clearance required. SCI and SAP eligibility required.

Travel:
20% travel may be required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Diagnoses vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications/experience.
• Performs complex and heavy-duty repairs.
• Performs work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explains technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include the Store Manager, Service Consultants and/or customers.
• Recommends services that are necessary to keep the customer's vehicle in running condition; properly documents all recommendations in customer file.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Maintains appropriate ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prefer unexpired ASE or equivalent experience or training
• Possess valid driver's license, or obtain a valid driver's license within 30 days of hire date
• Possess State Inspector License or ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire date
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays

Service Technician (Flag)

The Service Technician (Flag) position performs vehicle service and repair work as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards. The Service Technician (Flag) is responsible for maintaining the requisite technical knowledge and skill to efficiently and accurately repair vehicles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and repair; determine any additional needed repairs.
• Maintain and develop technical knowledge of vehicle systems including, but not limited to: drivability, electrical, major engine mechanical, A/C, brakes, suspension, transmission, OBD-II and general vehicle maintenance systems.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Notify service advisor immediately if additional repair is required or not needed.
• Notify service advisor immediately if repairs can’t be completed within time promised.
• Document all work performed on the RO including recording cause of failure.
• Maintain the highest possible standards of workmanship; perform quality checks.
• Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician.
• Supervise work of any apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Ensure that customers’ cars are kept clean and are only driven for business purpose.
• Keep shop area neat, clean; must account for all dealership-owned tools at all times.
• Stay current in the latest diagnostic methods and service techniques across a number of brands; stay informed of latest bulletins, service manuals and other service publications.
• Participate in service training activities; attend factory-sponsored training classes.
• Communicate regularly with service advisor/dispatcher to confirm repair order information and diagnostic information.
• Meet customer service standards by achieving ‘above district’ customer service information “CSI” scores.
• Follow established safety protocols; report any shop equipment in improper working condition; immediately report safety incidents.
• Understand, keep informed of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
• Safeguard dealership assets and customer data.
• Complete required training assigned through the company training portal.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of mechanical vocational trade school or equivalent experience required
• ASE certification strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Authorization to work in the USA
