The Account Executive will use prospecting best practices to generate new opportunities and move them forward in the sales cycle. This person will carry a quota in an assigned territory. The Account Executive must be a strong communicator, presenter, and demonstrate an ability to collaborate with many different internal and external stakeholders for each opportunity. Experience selling to healthcare, counties, education, healthcenters, and nonprofits is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Own all customer development activities and quota achievement in a named territory
• Create plans and strategies for developing new opportunities and delivering on sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders on target accounts within the territory
• Use the CRM to accurately forecast opportunities and to regularly update and manage a pipeline in their territory
• Be willing to collaborate on campaigns, events and other activities in support of customer development goals for the territory
• Help identify sales and marketing processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
• Become an expert in the findhelp platform and be able to articulate its value in a way that resonates with the unique nature of each prospect
• Provide continuous feedback to the broader team about product positioning, feature requests, and competitive landscape
• Be a key voice in sales planning, prioritization setting, and process optimization
• Takes full ownership of responding to RFP opportunities in a way that puts findhelp in the best position to win

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years of selling in a SaaS environment
• Proof of consistent achievement or overachievement of sales quota
• Experience prospecting, building and managing a sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate value proposition for SaaS technology

On-site if the candidate is in Austin, Denver, or Madison.

The role:

The Data Operations Analyst role exists within the Curation Department and is a crucial part of our mission to connect all people with the resources and help they need with dignity and ease. It is through this role that we maintain our network of programs and ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy. Data Operations Analysts help users navigate our site, provide support, and assist customers in learning how to use findhelp. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring that programs on the site are up to date and meet findhelp’s standards for accuracy and inclusion. This is an entry level role with learning and development opportunities to grow your career.

What you’ll do:
• Verify and maintain existing program data according to findhelp’s standards and procedures
• Research and add new organizations and programs that qualify to be added to the network, including but not limited to researching the internet and calling/emailing organizations for more information.
• Respond to external requests received in our ticket management system and play an integral role in troubleshooting platform requests
• Work efficiently within all Curation systems and tools, such as Zendesk
• Contribute to special projects, training and development opportunities, as assigned
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive culture

As part of the Customer Success team, we serve as the customer’s trusted partner. The

Customer Happiness Executive seeks to create, maintain, and grow the customer’s social care vision and

impact. We build new opportunities and solve challenges for our customers as they help people find and

connect with the services they need. Our customers are innovative organizations across many sectors --

healthcare, government, local and national nonprofits, education, and housing, to name a few.

Your role will center around building trusted executive customer relationships, maintaining and monitoring

strong customer health and retention, and expanding customer use of the platform.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop & maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors, government officials and/or customer stakeholders
• Communicate findhelp’s vision of the future of social care and how technology can support customers in achieving their goals
• Create strategic account plans to achieve the organizational goals of our customers
• Drive contracts, renewals, and expansions
• Serve as the main escalation point for customer leadership, manage expectations and timelines for both the client and internal personnel
• Regularly monitor customer health, proactively identify risks, and create/manage action plans for risk mitigation
• Develop leading practices and and initiatives that support social care outcomes for our customers
• Develop and deliver executive business reviews on a regular cadence
• Advocate for the customer, champion their success, including for the ongoing needs and goals of the customer internally - gathering feedback from customers and understanding both how to meet them where they are and also how to help get them where they want to go
• Develop industry, regional, government sector, and state specific strategies for customer portfolio, such as opportunities for collaboration with customers, specific industry/state initiatives, building relationships with community partners, etc
• Create and share materials to support internal and external marketing
• Lead customer-facing webinars or User Group Meeting presentations to share insights, leading practices, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to build a thriving department and foster the overall success and adoption of findhelp and the people we serve

Qualifications:
• 8+ years experience in account management, customer success, sales, equivalent public sector work or organization leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience managing or leading a team
• 5+ years working with the C-Suite
• A strong desire to use your job and mind to make the world a better place for people in need
• Experience with technology and ability to learn new technologies quickly; SaaS experience preferred familiar with SaaS application support requirements
• Superior communication, networking and relationship skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization
• Health plan, Government or government contracting experience strongly preferred
• Skilled at problem-solving, decision making, negotiations, and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
