About the Role
The FN E-Commerce Photo Uploader is responsible for the esthetic, quality, and consistency of the website by uploading the proper pre-selected photos from our studio photo shoots that enhance and sell our product daily. This role is a pivotal part of Fashion Nova within the Studio Operations Department as we are the first and last team to approve every photo that is published on our website. We take a lot of pride in every product we select and publish on our site and our priority is to give our Nova Babes the best shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Studio and Retouching teams to ensure that all items shot daily get selected, retouched, and uploaded to our website.
Understand desires, needs, wants, experience, and expectations of our Nova Babes.
Ensure final images selected from the photo shoots best showcase our brand and products.
High performance and diligence is key when publishing every product being shot in the Studio, keeping in mind that the images will play a huge role in maximizing sales for each and every product.
Collaborate with our Retouching team to ensure all images are being retouched, cropped and resized according to our standards.
Communicating with Buying, QC, Sample, and Styling teams about product issues such as color correcting, item descriptions, reshoots, and styling discrepancies that may arise.
Partner with Merchandising and Planning teams when new collections are created, ensuring that all products go live at a specific time, correct alt tagging on photos for presentation, and that the proper photos are chosen per style.
Responsible for working at the same consistent pace of the studio.
Use multiple platforms to upload images, publish products, and tracking styles being shot while hitting daily KPI goals.
Required Skills
Experience in e-commerce or Studio environment is preferred
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Netsuite, and Excel
Experience in the fashion industry and with selling consumer product online
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while being flexible and adaptable
Keen eye for details and understanding of retouching/editing photos, and styling
Ability to meet deadlines with little to no supervision
Proactive, self-efficiency, and very organized
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
High performing team player with leadership and problem solving skills
Open to receiving constructive feedback
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while shifting priorities
Must have experience in mannequin styling

Summary
Under direct supervision, the Customer Care Advocate provides support and assistance to a global customer base across a variety of platforms, including email, phone, chat, web submission, and social media.
As a Customer Care Advocate, your role is to support the Customer Care Team while working to maintain positive relationships between departments and servicing the needs of the customer.

Primary responsibilities include handling customer s inquiries, complaints, escalations, claims, and other tasks as needed.
Essential Functions
Consistently provide quick, thorough, and meaningful interactions to customers through a variety of platforms including email, phone, chat, web submission, and social media.
Use different systems / software as needed to complete the tasks, such as Salesforce, Shopify, HighJump, etc.
Respond and resolve a variety of issues using our CRM while providing a high level of service in a timely manner.
Communicate with all teams to reach the best solution for new issues and/or problems that arise.
Assist customers to resolve their issues, including but not limited to, credits, refunds, returns, order problems, missing / damaged items, shipping / tracking, claims, inventory, sizing, feedback / complaints as necessary.
Handle communications between transport companies and internal teams to ensure successful claim processing.
Resolving higher tier level issues that are escalated from other agents.
Depending on the company's needs and scheduling, step in to resolve other customer related issues, including but not limited to, making outbound calls, handling incoming calls, using chat services, upselling, assisting with training, offering feedback, or responding / resolving reviews and complaints as needed.
Support other customer care center locations by answering questions, resolving issues, or assisting with training.
Assist the WCS Team with locating and supplying missing customer information requests.
Work collaboratively with other agents to achieve key performance metrics and reach goals.
Demonstrate accountability for daily performance (i.e.
AHT, FCR, CSAT, occupancy, adherence, and attendance).
Use available knowledge / training tools to maintain proficiency across all channels and assigned skills.
Complete special projects as requested by the management team.
Any other duties assigned by management.
Education & Experience Requirements
Three (3) to five (5) years of previous customer service, contact center, e-commerce, or retail experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Customer service experience is a must.
Familiarity with contact center metrics, scorecards, and KPI s.
Customer centric attitude with stellar quality attributes in tone/demeanor/critical thinking.
Experience using online software applications and services.
Familiarity with CRM Tools, such as Salesforce.
