WHAT YOU'LL DO
• You will develop the Farfetch Private Client base (a portfolio of 100+ top clients) by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients, and developing personal relationships with new, high-value prospects, to introduce them to the Farfetch Private Client service.
• You will maintain your client relationships to the standards required to enable achievement of personal sales targets and related KPI’s.
• You will create and send personalized communications to your clients, to inform them of new products, designers and other Farfetch news that is relevant to their interests.
• You will organize and host client engagement activities (e.g. meals, events, styling appointments, shopping experiences, etc.) within your assigned geographic region.
• You will work closely with the Private Client Manager on individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning activities, tracking results against expectations on a weekly and monthly basis, and identifying new business opportunities.
• You will manage individual client engagement and travel budgets, ensuring an effective impact is achieved through all sales-related activities within the appropriate spend level
• You will support the Customer Service team to resolve Private Client issues when necessary.
• You will attend brand events as required to aid business development and act as a Farfetch brand ambassador.

WHO YOU ARE
• You have an existing strong client book, with an elite list of clients (totalling at least $4m).
• You are able to understand and interpret analytics into recommendations.
• You are resilient, with a problem solving and solutions focussed attitude, with a logical approach to situations.
• You have a proven ability to engage and build customer relations (clienteling).
• You have excellent written and verbal communication etiquette in our English. A second language is advantageous.
• You are an excellent team player but also able to work on own initiative.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, adopting a flexible approach.

• You have strong computer literacy and an understanding of the digital world.

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for supporting our division of Athlete Relations as they develop relationships with our most valuable clients. WHO YOU ARE

• You have deep knowledge of current fashion trends, designers and products, Athlete Industry/Culture and a passion for styling.

The Role
The responsibilities include authentication and intake of merchandise, supervision of consignment supervisors and specialists, coding payment requests, entering product information into our databases, and maintaining accurate records of confidential company information. Who You Are
• You have retail experience (5+ years) and managerial experience
• You have Strong knowledge of the resell market

• You are computer proficient in G-Suite, Excel, POS systems, ERP systems, etc

THE ROLEOff-White is looking for a Store Manager for its store in via Verri, in Milan. You will report directly to the Head of Retail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
•... Lead a high performing customer service oriented team. Coach and provide feedback as necessary to ensure all customers are given the full Customer Experience in line with brand strategies.
• Set performance targets and drive department productivity and profitability (e.g. conversion rates, sales, UPT, AUR and customer data capture)
• Plan your Store schedule in accordance with peak business hours, ensuring customer traffic and demand can be met with the right employees at the right time
• Demonstrate knowledge of the luxury retail market and current fashion trends
• Be aware of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches and promotions and ensure this is communicated to your team
• Embrace brand messages and cascade company communications to all members of your team

WHO YOU ARE
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience in recruiting, training, and assessing talent
• Previous experience in luxury store management roles (3-4 years in a managerial role)
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
• Experience driving and maintaining customer service standards
• Demonstrate sound commercial and brand awareness
• Advanced knowledge of POS, store systems and comfortable using digital tools.

THE ROLE

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Senior Art Director to support the creative department in the creation of graphic assets across all Violet Grey channels, ensuring a high level of design sophistication is brought to each deliverable. You will stay up to date on design trends within the luxury fashion and beauty world, bringing fresh ideas and on brand solutions to assigned projects. You are responsible for all weekly franchise emails, website updates, and social stories, as well as seasonal design projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• SITE
• Update and maintain visuals across violetgrey.com including navigation, PLP pages, PDP pages, homepage, and The Violet Files in tandem with the e-commerce manager
• Upload graphics and image assets to the CMS and maintain the organization of the CMS media library
• Cut PDP images in multiple formats to support brand usages
SOCIAL
• Responsible for designing weekly franchise social stories, as well as translating seasonal campaign design into social stories
• Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator to develop on brand graphics for special projects as needed
EMAIL
• Design lead for email marketing. Responsible for concepting and designing engaging graphics for all marketing, transactional, and promotional emails, sale banners, and seasonal promotions
• Assist in building emails within Retention Science and work closely with marketing and copy to test and troubleshoot daily email production
VIDEO
• Design video graphics and title cards, use animation programs to create graphics to support video on violetgrey.com
ADDITIONAL
• Assist marketing and PR teams with brand requests for assets
• Design digital invitations and gifting notes as needed
• Put forth design concepts for seasonal campaigns
• Support Senior Art Director on projects as needed
• Organize and maintain design templates on the DAM

WHO YOU ARE
• 2+ years of digital design and a strong portfolio reflecting this work
• You are an organized, detail oriented designer with an ability to deliver high quality and on-brand graphics in a fast paced environment
• You are a self starter who takes initiative and is able to work efficiently and independently
• You work well across multiple departments and own the channels you are responsible for
• You have strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in the work you deliver
• You demonstrate strong and convincing presentation skills, able to get ideas across quickly and effectively
• Software Skills Needed: Adobe creative suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premier; CMS experience (Figma or Farfetch preferred); Experience in project management tools like Asana, Monday, and Slack

NYC WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW
• The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $67,000 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
