PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As an Analyst, Pricing, you will be responsible for the administration and evaluation of all functions of Sales Enablement including pricing, proposals, sales process and methodology. This role is responsible for all pricing maintenance and field support for pricing questions. This person will act as a change agent within the division, to drive continuous improvement and establish best practices for the organization. The Analyst, Pricing role is a high visibility, high impact role working on major initiatives for the Sales and Field Operations teams. This individual will routinely be expected to deliver critical insights and recommendations to Sales & Field Operations, based on a deep understanding of the drivers of the business.

JOB DUTIES:
• Develop, measure, and monitor RARE Margins and pricing strategy
• Establish and build cross-organizational relationships by providing input to internal company departments on strategic initiatives
• Update and maintain all pricing and back office structures in the database
• Facilitate and support special client pricing requests
• Manage the Pricing in box in a timely manner
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client for life relationship
• Understand the legal service industry landscape and trends
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Requires superior Microsoft Office skills, with expert level Excel experience
• Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
• Ability to resolve challenges and suggest process improvement
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to plan work effectively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance
• Demonstrates a commitment to company objectives

MEASUREMENTS OF SUCCESS
• Update & maintain all pricing database information and changes in a timely manner
• Work with the Sales, Field Operations & Order Management Team on their guidelines for proper procedures to ensure all needed pricing makes it on sales orders
• Monitor new/pending deals for alignment with company goals and expected RARE targets

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of analytical or relevant experience preferred
