Responsibilities
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

What You'll Do
• Assess, design, and implement a global procurement strategy including associated policies taking input from stakeholder groups in accordance with corporate policies.
• You will be empowered to negotiate all incoming vendor contracts focusing on SaaS products
• Dive deep into our software and technology platforms to understand usage and ROI leverage tools such as Zylo.
• Partner with internal teams to understand what business needs will engage procurement while also understanding both customer and vendor contracts.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Security to ensure terms are consistent with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Provide RFI and RFP support as requested.
• Create and populate dashboards of SaaS metrics, spend, contracts, etc.
• Assist with vendor qualification and onboarding processes.
• Aid and document cost savings efforts across all procurement efforts.
• Collaborate with internal resources such as IT, Revenue Operations, Legal, Engineering, and Product Management to develop strategies for upcoming renewals.
Your Background
• 5-7 years in a technical procurement role
• SaaS industry experience required
• Self-starting, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse groups
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Solid interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
• Strong time management and planning skills required to coordinate and prioritize multiple cross-organizational projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements
• Technically savvy, including a demonstrated high level of proficiency in core SaaS technologies and trends
• Experience in Coupa required
• Zylo, Netsuite, and Google Workspaces experience preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with experience driving six-figure, multi-year contracts to completion
• Ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset to enable persuasive value conversations with vendors at an executive level
• Technical systems experience - ability to design tools and processes to support job function and automation a plus
• Strong operational business understanding of technology supply chain, including purchase ordering, expense reporting, procurement/sourcing, provisioning and reclamation, renewals, and contract management and associated policy management and curation
Base Salary Range: $118,000 - $204,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.

This is a Work From Home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding AZ counties.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and direct the readiness of vehicles for delivery including pre-delivery inspection, timely installation of aftermarket equipment and transportation/logistics with external vendors
• Monitor and analyze the stages of the vehicle life cycle, taking proactive measures to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to our clients
• Negotiate with dealers, aftermarket equipment vendors and transportation providers for dealer installed items, dealer damage, courtesy delivery fees, transportation costs and timing
• Identify and resolve vehicle exceptions including production and shipping delays, canceled orders, damaged vehicles and mis-shipped vehicles
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors
• Coordinate with dealers to facilitate temp tags, title and registration, and sales/use tax refunds
• Partner with Fleet Strategy Managers and remarketing team to update and track vehicles turned in to be sold and provide status
• Market and sell unclaimed vehicles to dealers
