• Provide detailed analysis of profit center profitability in ENA's operations (with heavy focus on remelt profitability)
• Manage the capital spending process for ENA:
• Oversee the approval process of projects submitted
• Manage the coordination of obtaining required approvals for projects
• Ensure compliance with the company capital policy
• Analyze business case and financial models used to support projects
• Oversee the forecasting of monthly capital spending
• Track spending to the ENA capital budget
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed by VP Finance and Director of FP&A
• Preparation of business performance reporting packages as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Finance or Business
• 5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry environment

We are looking for an accomplished and self-motivated RCM Analyst to work in a remote capacity, supporting all of Elior’s HR systems. This particular role will be best served by someone with vast experience implementing, integrating and configuring RCM. You will be one of our Subject Matter Experts for SAP specific modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc. If you are someone who works well collaborating but also has a strong sense of self direction, you will thrive here, as you will be the technical and functional point-of-contact for the HR and IS teams, as well as the broader organization. You will be an integral part of the team and help drive the successful implementation of SuccessFactors go-live and ongoing platform support.

What you'll be doing:
• Provide hands-on platform support of RCM, EC, and Onboarding modules to include issue research and resolution
• Serve as the application subject matter expert; review reporting options, provide analysis and input in the implementation and upgrade of HR applications and systems.
• Evaluate RCM releases and fixes for system impacts and make recommendations
• Document and maintain system administration processes and procedures and assist with end user training
• Represent holistic approach to RCM module integration
• Participate in governance group to set direction and guidelines for SuccessFactors integration and use at the organization
• Lead process change discussion to facilitate collaboration between user groups
• Work directly as the liaison with IT on any technical issues relating to RCM module
• Manage production support tickets and scheduled activities people systems
• On-going design and enhancement of tools and templates, with a focus on streamlined integration and usability
• Proactively identify threats and opportunities and leverages HRIS expertise to design creative business solutions which align with business strategy

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:
• 3+ years of experience administering HRIS systems and specifically SAP SuccessFactors within RCM, EC, and Onboarding modules.
• 2+ years’ experience with performance management systems implementation
• Configuration and testing experience in Success Factors or similar system
• SuccessFactors RCM Module experience
• BA, BBA, or BS in Business or equivalent experience
• Travel up to 10%

Nice-to-haves:
• Kronos administration experience
• Experience in a Global HRIS environment
• Basic knowledge of web technology including HTML, XML, browsers, etc.
