• Provide support to all the assigned Sales Team members by actioning investigative queries relating to Nett fare contracts and maintaining the contract holders? files.
• Make all necessary arrangements for the Clients FAM trips, action staff AD tickets for all contract holders via E-IRA system.
• Distribute and log all event tickets as and when required and assist Sales Executives with preparation of visual material for travel trade events and fairs.
• Prepare and distribute Sales Agency Agreement or Contract Letter for new Seat Only, IT or Corporate Agents, update SharePoint and generate reports from eSMASH and Sales Force.com as required.
• Report suspicious Agency activities to Sales Team and report discrepancies on EK Internet fares and associated Website information so that fare inaccuracies are amended as a matter of priority.
• Managing invitation logs for events / hospitality via Guest Management System
• Manage multiple events and post invites to individual guests
• Improve and expedite ADA/ADM/ACM refund handling (BSP)
• Corporate contract queries - Input corporate deal proposals, co-ordinate CAT35 filing and distribution to corporate, check and confirm fare visibility checking with trade
